Very nice hotel, great staff. Due to covid organising a breakfast as a vegan is a bit of a pain but doable.

Very nice place and view. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were good. You can smell the scent of lemon and orange from the balcony. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely amazing hotel experience from start to finish. The accomodations and amenities were fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was so good! The coffee is some of the best I've had and still wish I could have some. All of the staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was clean and with a beautiful view. The bathroom was superb and stylish. I miss this place already! Definitely will make a return trip here

To begin with, the staff here is remarkable. Every staff member my wife and I had the pleasure of talking to was friendly and genuine. The front desk was a wealth of knowledge, whether you need information on nearby logistics (buses, ferries, etc.), or simply recommendations on restaurants or nearby shops.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights during the end of our two-week honeymoon. At this point in our vacation, we were ready to relax. We had an enormous balcony on the top floor of the hotel, with a panorama that we could have only dreamt of. Every evening we had the pleasure of watching the sunset over the water, right next to Vesuvius. The Sorrento downtown was a short ten minute walk from the hotel if you are looking to have dinner or go shopping. The port and bus station are also close by if you are taking a day trip to Capri or Amalfi.

We could not have been happier with this hotel, the rooms were clean, updated, and the large, tile-lined bathrooms were a nice change of pace from the B&B s we had previously been staying in. Each morning, we had the best complimentary breakfast I have ever experienced, far from a continental breakfast, this included fresh pastries, an omelette bar, mimosas, and everything else you could wish for.

This was by far the best stay of our entire honeymoon and we both hope to return in the future!

Nice looking hotel, but majority of staff were not friendly, only the bar on the roof terrace had exceptional customer service. Breakfast was well below the standards that a hotel like this should be serving. All in all I was very disappointed. Maybe it was covid and all the masks hid the smiles of the staff.

A great stay, very comfortable. We had a sea view room and it was spectacular, waking up to see across the bay to Naples.

Excellent place! The facilities are pristine. It's easy access to the coast and the main square, while away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The roof top pool and terrace are wonderful. The views are amazing! The staff is very nice and happy all around. Grazie to the wait staff, specifically Salvo, Salvatore and best of all Samuele! You rock!
