Avoid at all cost. Pay more if yoU have to. Horrible customer service. Horrible wait time. Accidents waiting to happen.
I delivered there today..limited parking space they got me to a dock door immediately loaded me in about an 1hr..not bad with an open appointment
This is a great place to load. Great people. Thank you to them. Six hours on a previous shippers dock caused me to have to reschedule one pick up, and the problems at a receiver in the area caused me to be late for a pick up. I was on time to deliver both times though. But this place picked up my slack and I owe them a big thank you.
They ship dog food, got to show up on time for your appointment otherwise it's a work in. They have scale but would not allow you to use it, hence -ve 1 star. The place has Burger King, and taco truck near by. Docks were easy when there's less truck. Otherwise it's tough. Overall it's good out within 2 hrs, but please let them know ahead how you want to load it.
Only bad thing is getting there.if your a truck I 70 exit ramp is closed both sides .look for Steele exit ramp detour.
After get off only can get to mana pro or take the first next exit.
Office check lady very nice gives you direction to your bldg or dock
At your dock go inside . person also very nice and quick
They were quick to load, 1/2 hr.
Porta John was a mess. Needs to clean.

Loading is fast but they overload me and didn t admit it. Suppose to load 20 pallets but loaded 21. I have wait for Superviser for next day to authorise to cut. Please check your shipment before closing door so you dnt have to go thru all that
Laid back clean good facility to work at. Even as a laborer
Keep it simple. I will quit before coming here again
