We had a very nice lunch here; however, it does get a bit busy during the noon hour. Slightly before or after this time works nicely though. We found the food great; however, the servers could be a bit better. I'm looking forward to going back; nice deserts, too. The Roshek Building is on the Register of Historic Places, so it's interesting to look at also. Many renovations going on in the area. Take the time to drive around and enjoy the history of downtown.

not worth the visit. every time my wife and i come back to DBQ we always head to CMJ. not anymore. our last visit right after christmas will be our last. we went to the roshek building location and here are the highlights: the service was terrible, the food took forever (and we went after the lunch rush was over), and there were multiple mistakes on our order. time to try something new-----

I went with a few friends to study. My friends ordered coffee, and one hour later, we got asked to leave, because according to them, "We were taking up space." I understand that it is a business, but the coffee shop was nearly empty, and there were other people that were also studying, but were not asked to leave.

My friends and I are never coming back to this coffee shop.

This location is a part of an aggressive renovation that happened in the Roshek building many years ago. Manna Java snuggles in quite nicely with a wide variety of self served drip coffees and a appropriate amount of breakfast and lunch choices.
