I called to see if I could pay some of my agreement early as soon I started talking the woman sighed and hung up??? Then I called back and was on hold for ages, did not even get to speak to somebody, pretty poor service if you ask me

They accepted the loan for the car I wanted. I walked 300 miles to get it. Then a few days later he called me and told me that he did not accept the loan and had to be changed. He makes me 2 offers, I accept one and then the next day he calls again with another offer to pay more money. I didn't have this possibility so they made me return the car. Of course all the expense fell on me. The worst experience! Frivolous, deceitful, liars. They want to make you give as much money as possible and if you don't accept they will refuse, they are not interested in the contracts they make. I hope he goes bankrupt. They are good for nothing!
The service we were provided by Chris was fantastic. The process was quick and smooth. Options were discussed and Chris enabled me to have a full understanding into the pcp we were taking out. I will definately use again and have since recommended to family and friends. Thank you very much!

I wanted to say a special thank you to Thomas Morgan, who really went the extra mile to assist me. As someone who newly arrived to the UK, Thomas was a massive help in guiding me through the process of acquiring a car, and obtaining finance for same. Being available at all hours and on short notice to guide me through the differences between buying cars in SA and the UK.
For any South Africans out there, I would highly recommend making use of the link between Investec and Mann Island, to be able to leverage your SA credit history, and get a favourable rate. I would then specifically recommend dealing with Thomas to help you in your journey.

This company is shocking. They are making fake promises to us and even to the Mercedes company. Keep making unnecessary delay that are making the process of buying a car long and horrible. They manage to make such basic mistakes like getting Mr and Mrs mixed up! (which made us resign the form) and having problem with our name due to having a space! We would of got the car last Thursday but yet we are still waiting. Disappointed
