Really great training and facilities. Learned a lot at this school. Jonathan our instructor is knowledgeable and really knows the ins and outs of all the machines.

Our machine went down, the lower auger bearing was completely ruined. Had to empty all the gear box oil out because there was metal flakes in it. I tried calling and asking what kind of oil I needed to replace it with. The tech said he didn t have that information for me and said I would have to buy a whole new gear box. Horrible Service. Will not purchase any more units for any of our restaurants ever again.

In Birmingham Alabama I recommend A Advantage Air for service and repair on all commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Ice machines are their specialty also.

I bought brand new ice machine model 0420 A 22inch 470lb. 2days ago. After installing fan didn't work. Warranty technician said fan switch bad need to replace it. Never seen before.

Terrible customer support for technicians. Give you a reference number and may call you back later when you are no longer in front of the unit and have moved onto other calls.

Couldn't go inside warehouse because of Covid,left paperwork in back of trailer and unloaded within an hour.Forklift operator gave me paperwork thru dock door when he was finished,he seemed really friendly!
