I had an average experience with Manitoba Customer Contact Association. While their customer service was satisfactory, I found their website to be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate. The information provided was somewhat lacking in detail and I had to reach out to their support team for clarification on several occasions. However, once I was able to get the assistance I needed, the experience improved. Overall, I would consider using their services again, but they could use some improvements in their online platform.
