I visited Manipal in 2008 at the time of my admission into MBBS, I got admitted but later I withdrew my admission and went to a Government Medical College. The place is indeed really nice and the students are also well behaved and highly educated. although this is a private University, the education here is really competitive. it is a highly recommended University for every field of education. I have posted few pictures hope you like them. Good luck

I had visited Manipal University in 2011.
It was really awesome experience to be here.
The hostel where we stayed was 7-8 floors with awesome rooms.
There were so many type of accommodations available in single hostel.
Other than huge Food Court there were so many types of mess.
One can imagine the size of campus from the number of SBI ATM's inside the campus and they were around 18-19 in numbers.
At the end of the campus there was huge park which was awesome.
One can have nice sunset from this place.

This is a place where the city is built up with young people and very crazy place less price and the clean beach with freedom for students dress code etc

The only Indian university with a campus that matches any top American university (Stanford, Michigan, California). Very western campus with all modern amenities, excellent education, awesome environment, great placements and a research program that is growing from good to great.

It's the best thing that can happen to you. Trust me!

Worst university ever. Wasted my Time and Money. They charged 2,75,000rs per year fees for Faculty of Architecture 2014 batch and its increasing every year. Backlog payment for one subject was 22,000rs, and they will fail those people who can't perform well and steal their money as much as they can. It's all business for them. I got my Transfer Certificate printed on an One-rupee worth B/w paper. They took back the laptop they gave and 500rs more for wear and tear and 1000rs for the bag. The hostel fees are too expensive that staying outside is beneficial. Most of the Staffs are rude and does not care about the students at all, but there were few who are good in heart and helped the students. Manipal is rich in nature and have good infrastructures. The people of Manipal(Karnataka) are kind and that's the positive side.

Excellent university. Very near and tidy. Excellent environment for studies and fun as well. Good for all round development of students.
