Extremely high fees for implied extras that count ...

Extremely high fees for implied extras that count for nothing. But has a good cafe in the morning and nice selection of vehicles.

Been buying cars at auction for almost 20 years. Bought a car with "warranted mileage" at Manheim Rothwell with obviously incorrect mileage at first glance inside.

According to their customer service dept "Warranted" miles means that it says that mileage on the odometer. I do more checks than that myself. Because it's an auction.

I advise going to any other auction house. Same risks but less fees. Other auction houses also let me look inside the car before it's being driven (which in this case masked the very obviously worn pedals).

Good cafe in the morning though and wide selection of vehicles, so 2 stars

Poor customer service at Leeds centre, you get han...

Poor customer service at Leeds centre, you get hanged up when you have a problem, however when you call to pay there is always someone to assist right away! Usual auction tricks, even for regular customers. Shame as other centres like Birmingham or Northampton that I use provide excellent service.

Dropped a car off at the end of PCP. This place is huge and there are several places to go when you arrive. It would be prudent to have the information on which department you need to go to before attending . Staff on-site were very helpful though.

Very impressed. Professional manner, Aaron was friendly and the vehicle inspection was fair and accurate. Was apprehensive prior to the inspection based on these reviews but no issues whatsoever.
