MANGO Studios are a talented group of wedding photographers. They captured our wedding last year and it was so beautifully done. We couldn t have been happier with our photos! Ayyyna and Philip were friendly and professional, that they made us feel at ease in front of the camera. They were able to photograph some amazing and precious moments for us in an artistic way. When we look back at our photos, we realized that creating nostalgia and making one feel like they wanted to get married all over again is one of MANGO s strengths. The photos tell the story and bring back every feeling from our wedding day and we look at them feeling laughter and tears.

We had such a great experience with Mango. Our photographer was Michelle, and second photographer was Jeff. Both are such fantastic people, and wonderful photographers. They put us at ease on our wedding day, and the photos that we have received so far (engagement photos & sneak peek of the wedding day) are beautiful. We chose Mango because our photos were so important to us and we didn't want to take any chances with this area - Mango is the best and we have not one regret in choosing them as our wedding photographers.

Mango Studios shot my wedding in 2012 and it was truly a magical experience. My photos were beautiful beyond expectation - the compliments & feedback I received on the photos were endless, including multiple publications and being used in advertisments for American companies such as Shutterfly - these pictures were then even shown in multiple issues of Martha Stewart Weddings...a dream come true, and of course this would have never happened if I didn't have the unbelievably talented photographers of Mango. Their professionalism and calm energy have always been something I have appreciated and enjoyed. Since my wedding, Mango has also shot my maternity photos, and photos of my baby at 6 months old - again I have never been dissappointed and would continue to hire them again and again. All of my photos are stunning. I would recommend Mango to any bride, mother, or anyone requiring professional beautiful event/studio photography. I retained Mango Studios for an engagement photo session and was paired up with Amanda Shear as our photographer. Amanda was kind, responsive, professional and very talented. We had a great time with her, and her photos were absolutely gorgeous. So many wonderful shots. We are extremely happy with them. She had the photos edited within 2 weeks and I appreciated having all of our photos in black and white and colour. Honestly, the only issue we have now is picking our favourite photos to frame. Thank you Amanda for the beautiful photographs and lovely memories!

Mango has documented dozens of events for my family and friends over the last 8 years and we've had nothing about amazing experiences with their photographers. I always feel comfortable with them even when I've been a groomsman! Working with them always feel like hanging out with friends. Rain or shine, they adapt to any environment and never seem stressed, and trust me, there has been some rain! I have so many photos I'll cherish down the road of so many great memories. I discovered Mango while completing my Event & Meeting Management Certificate at George Brown. I loved the candid quality of their photography. After our initial meeting with Mango we knew we had to have them as our photographers. Liza was our assigned photographer and we appreciated the fact that she took the time to understand our style/aesthetic and had excellent suggestions of additional photo locations that we did not think of. Turnaround time was faster than we expected and we love looking at our photos! We even have our Google Chromecast set up to display our wedding phoots! Looking forward to using Mango again for lifestyle photos once we have our baby!

I had wanted to hire Mango to take our wedding photos 10+ years ago when we lived in Toronto but because we moved across Canada and postponed our wedding, stars didn't align.

Fast forward many years later, my sister got married and with my recommendation, hired Mango. I was the unofficial wedding planner for her wedding and working with the Mango team at her wedding and seeing the beautiful pictures afterwards, reinforced me wanting to have Mango photograph our next special occasion.

Olga was our photographer. She was fun, energetic, and made us feel at ease. I was very pleased with how the photos turned out and they were provided so quickly. I can't recommend Olga and the Mango team enough. They truly helped make a milestone anniversary memorable.

The customer service and level of courtesy here do not reflect the premium price that was paid. Very little effort was put into assisting and suggesting of photo shoot locations. Lack of advice for newly weds and photos taken were not prioritized for guests of importance. This studio is definitely selective of who they treat better/value as customers; Likely based on your wallet size. Our photographers were very friendly and nice, and that's about it; The staff at the office, not so much. Would not recommend.

We loved Mango studios! Ayyyna was our principal shooter and it s really obvious as to why Mango is considered best in the business. From the minute we walked into the studio it felt like we were amongst friends. Part of the reason we chose decided to work with Mango was because they understood exactly the look we were going for as far as photography esthetics.

Ayyyna is the absolute best and a total trooper. We had our engagement photos done as a styled glamping shoot and Ayyyna got into a cold canoe and paddled around while taking photos. The results werw so unbelievably beautiful.

The wedding day was no different. Ayyyna and Josh captures all the most beautiful and heart warming moments of the wedding. Ayyyna took a bunch of styled photos of my husband and I with some smoke bombs around us and it looks absolutely magical.

I will absolutely be going back to Mango studios and Ayyyna for future photography projects!

Mango Studios was absolutely amazing to work with!

Our initial meeting/consultation was very welcoming and easy going. We liked their style and they completely understood us! They were very professional, helped work within our budget and the process leading up to our day was thorough/ alleviated any extra tasks/stress for us- online questions, online transparent billing/invoices, very quick with their phone/email responses etc.

Then the day! We loved working with Liza- she made us all feel very comfortable and ourselves, broke the awkward moments, made us laugh and guided us from start to finish with ease! We really liked candid type style photos and they caught exactly that! We actually originally booked one photographer and was so surprised/excited Mango sent a secondary documentary style photographer as well! They both found some great spots by our venue and went with it. We were a bit worried as we did not book a videographer but Liza and her assistant truly captured everything!

Our pictures were edited and ready within a month or so and they are stunning. Highly recommend Mango...and request Liza!!! :)

In planning our wedding, we felt that one of the most important decisions we had to make was choosing the best photography company to capture our special day. We wanted to look back on our day from start to finish and have our pictures tell a story so we could relive each moment. Mango Studios did just that, and we could not be more pleased with how everything was handled over the course of a year, and how all of our photos turned out in the end!
We worked closely with Frances when organizing our photography services for our wedding day. She handled all of the details with patience, professionalism and a huge understanding for what we were going through. She was never pushy, and was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. She organized our photo booth (and all the requests that came with this!), organized last minute additional photographer hours, and kept me confident and calm being an out-of-province bride.
Frances chose our photographer, Michelle, to work with us based on who we were and what we were looking for in photography. Michelle is so talented at what she does! She accepts your requests and ideas, and truly makes a point of incorporating these. Michelle was professional and honest when we asked for her opinion. We tied the knot at Langdon Hall where Mango Studios had never worked before, but Michelle was confident that she could shoot our wedding and capture the essence of this beautiful property. She arrived early to explore and familiarize herself with our team and venue. She was polite with family members and guests, and so easy to smile in front of! She worked efficiently with the second photographer and their teamwork captured beautiful photos from all sorts of angles to highlight our special moments.
We received many compliments on our photographers throughout the evening and in months to come, many from guests and also other vendors (Mango has an outstanding reputation with popular wedding vendors in the area). One of the things that stood out to us was that Michelle made a point of being incognito throughout the afternoon and evening. She was always present, but was never in the way of our guests' view. We thought this was important as we did not want the photography to take away from the natural and romantic feeling of our day. Looking back on the day now, Michelle was always where she was to be and she was so flexible in terms of our schedule (especially when we fell behind!) I knew I would love our photos based on Michelle's talent and her tireless effort photographing our day.
We recommend Mango to everyone, and all of their services they offer - additional photography coverage, photo booth, etc. It is a classy and modern studio that is up to date and well-versed. Mango truly makes your job effortless as the bride and groom. We didn't worry about our wedding photography throughout the entire planning process once we secured our date because we were so confident in them! We truly feel lucky that Mango was a part of our Big Day.

We used their services for our wedding. They were AMAZING. They really helped me and my husband pose and feel comfortable, their pictures were very artistic and beautiful but also timeless. The day couldn't have gone smoother and they were so much fun to work with. As They were very thoughtful and asked really great questions in advance and were very friendly in person. As an aside, we got married at the Bronx zoo and had to take pictures while the zoo was still open (on the busiest weekend of the year)... So not only did they manage to get great shots of ourselves and the animals but also dealt with significant crowd control!

My husband and I put a lot of effort looking into a photographer for our wedding. We met with many different photographers. When we saw Mango's work online we knew we had to meet with them. Once we met with Mango, our decision became clear immediately. They were fantastic to deal with before we even hired them. The team offered us genuine advice when deciding on a photographer which we took into account when meeting with other photographers as well. After doing our intensive research and looking at numerous photographers, we made the very easy decision of hiring Mango Studios. Melissa of Mango Studios photographed our wedding summer 2017, and we could not have had a better day with a more professional, fun and talented photographer - and she produced the most incredible photos capturing so many parts of our day. Jonathan was our second photographer and he also exceeded our expectations. He worked like a pro to get through our entire shoot list quickly and seamlessly (this was such a relief with a big family and bridal party) and brought so much excitement and warmth. We ended up asking him to stay an hour longer to capture some additional moments (so glad we did) everyone loved him, it was like having another fun guest at our reception.

Mango truly captured the emotion and essence of our wedding day. We set out hopeful that we would have a handful of beautiful photos, and ended up with so much more (including very happy families who can t wait for their albums). We just wanted to say thank you for the incredible photos from our engagement party. Jessica was simply perfect. Not only did these photos come out better than we could have ever imagined (our friends and family love them too- I ve never gotten so many compliments on photos before and have heard what a great shot in reference to these pictures more times then I can count), she was also so kind, patient and most of all a true professional. Searching for a wedding photographer can be stressful, since for many of us it s the first time we had to think about these things. After some disappointment with a budget-friendly engagement shoot, we realized it was worth the money investing in true professionals. That s what led us to Toronto s top photographers - Mango Studios. Like any wedding, we had our surprises, but we couldn t imagine how important it would be to have experienced photographers who are truly experts at shooting weddings. Our lead photographer Liza was awesome, one-part photographer and one part event manager, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. And our second photographer, Calvert, left no detail overlooked. Both of them helped make our day truly special and we would recommend them to anyone getting married in the city.

If you want 5 star service and quality I highly recommend Mango studios! All these reviews pretty much speak for themselves, but let me just reiterate they are AMAZING. From our first meeting we knew there was no way we were going with another photographer for our wedding. Little touches like a chalkboard welcoming us for our initial meeting, having tea and cookies, accommodating our work schedules make the experience stress free and really add to the positive experience. Along with the little touches, everyone at Mango was so friendly and professional, we truly felt comfortable with them. Mango Studios was amazing. We worked with Frances for coordinating and Amanda was our engagement shoot photographer as well as our main photography for the evening. We also booked our photobooth with Mango Studios and was not disappointed. Our schedule ran late on the day of the wedding, but Amanda and the other photographers on site that day were extremely helpful and accommodating. The service post wedding was also excellent!

Mango and the entire team are simply amazing. I searched for hours trying to find the best photographer to capture our wedding. I must have visited a total of 8 photographers and I knew it had to be Mango after visiting Jaycee and Jason at their office. They were super attentive and sweet and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Liza did our engagement shoot at Scarborough bluffs and I was blown away with how good the pictures looked, and this is coming from someone that was so nervous about being photographed. Neither my husband or I feel comfortable in front of the camera, and Liza did a great job at making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The photographic results were unique and timeless. Some of the photos even resemble art. After seeing our engagement shoot pictures I couldn t wait to see our images and the final album of our wedding day. I was not disappointed. Right after my wedding day the team send me over some amazing sneak peaks and a couple weeks after that my images were done being edited. Mango has a great eye for details and is able to capture all the special moments as they happen which I loved. On the day of our wedding Liza and Ayyyna were early and made sure every shot I wanted was taken care of before leaving at the end of the night; they also sent over sneak peaks so quickly which was awesome. I get compliments all the time on our wedding and engagement pictures that are displayed around my office, and a few of my girlfriends that aren t even wedding planning yet have already decided they want Mango when that time comes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

Edited Review: We went to them based on their online reviews and recommendations from friends. Unfortunately, our service experience at the shoot was not positive. There were a few mistakes made with booking, however, I m sure we just had bad luck and it was a very isolated incident. The owner got involved personally and went above and beyond to fix our issues. Also, the pictures themselves looked very good and we are pleased with them. Despite a hiccup at the beginning, we are now quite pleased and would recommend them.

In addition to her creative eye and candid style, it was her calmness that was on full display right away during our home engagement shoot, allowing us to be ourselves and have fun rather than feeling forced. Choosing the right photographer is one of the most challenging task as you want to make sure that your day is captured well. It is important that the photographer makes you feel comfortable. Mango Studio has been great to work with. They go above and beyond to help you and get you what you need. On top of that, we choose Michelle at Mango as our lead photographer. She is extremely talented. She comes from design background so she has a unique eyes for angle/light. She is also fun and easy to work with. She kept track of schedule and made sure that we got all the picture that we were hoping to get. It was a great experience working with Michelle and I will refer her without any hesitation :)

Mango studios were such a pleasure to deal with from the initial inquiry to the initial meeting to the payments to the day of and even after. Michelle Liando and her assistant Josh did such a gorgeous gorgeous job. They helped keep me calm through the entire day and even made my husband look AMAZING in pictures (he is the most difficult human being to photograph and he HATES getting his picture taken). What can I say about Mango and experience I had...

Weddings are one of those important, life-altering, pinnacle events that you expect to be 100% hectic and challenging, and 100% magical. For me, it was both. Yes, I felt like the day went by in a blur, and there were a few hiccups along the way in other vendors... But confidently I can say that my experience with Mango studios was such an enjoyable, stress-free process that I truly wish they had more than just photography to offer!

First off, Melissa. Melissa has a calming personality. While I can be an emotional mess (super excited or super sad or super mad), she was like a calm pond. Even if she was concerned about timing, or pictures, or travelling, she never showed it. Melissa was both incredibly kind and warm and caring, but professional. She found last minute photography areas that we could use as our "creative shots" when I informed her that my plans had to be changed. Without being too bossy, she helped my husband and I get the perfect angle to capture the shot. She told us "be natural, be in love, and I will guide you" and that's what she did. No squished noses for us or double chins (haha). Beyond this, her talent is incredible. I am humbled each time I look at both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures because I could never be able to create something so beautiful. There is an artistry that cannot be taught in photography, and Melissa breathes it.

For the studio itself, Mango. Dealing with Mango was as easy as breathing. Frances, who I dealt with for scheduling, payments and every day concerns, would get back to my emails almost immediately. For a panicked bride, this is very important. The friendliness of the studio, professionalism of its staff, and simple kindness in their demeanor to us left my husband and I feeling happy after our visits. Their open concept studio mirrors their culture. I truly found that they are open to new ideas, accepting of challenges and ready to find solutions, and warm and welcoming in all our exchanges. The staff there who edited my pictures, and created the perfect contrast of the Black and White shots are incredible and I only wish that I could have thanked them more in person.

Overall I urge ANY brides and grooms, or newly engaged couples, or families, to choose Mango. Don't even bother looking at other studios. They will be the BEST choice you ever make, and you will NOT regret it. If you are newly engaged, make sure you add on the engagement session. Its such a great way to meet your photographers earlier before the big day so you can get to know one another, and more importantly, they can check you out too. Find out more about you so they can add personalization to your photography story. Trust me on this. Pick Mango. They are a TOP LEADING studio in Toronto for a reason. I'm writing this entire review because I truly believe in them. And at the end of the day, you'll get photos that make you understand that they believe in you too.

An overall great experience!

We hired Mango Studios for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and Stevana, shot our event. The service was really good from first contact to the end. The staff are very professional, polite and efficient.

Stevana did a great job! She got lots of different shots and plenty of pictures to choose from! We absolutely love the photos, no, moments she captured. Absolute Art.

The best decision we made for our wedding in DT Toronto! Our wedding was February 1st, 2018. We were SO excited to take winter wedding photos in the middle of the city. Well, we got the most beautiful ones. We were SO lucky with the weather that day, but most importantly with our Mango Photographers. They were THE BEST! My fiance is a little awkward in front of a camera so we did an engagement shoot with our lead photographer so that he could get more comfortable with it. Stevana, our photographer, was phenomenal. We were both so nervous but she made us feel so comfortable and we ended up having such a great time. She was also extremely patient with our pup who was more than a little distracted. She knew all the tricks to get her to look at the camera and gave her all the scritches!

We recently had our engagement photo session with Mango and we were filled with mixed emotions of excitement and nerves leading up to the shoot. Neither my fiance or I would consider ourselves very photogenic, which is where the nervousness stems. Off the bat Stevana, our photographer, made us feel so comfortable and that help to calm. our nerves.

We loved that Stevana was involved with us leading up to the shoot to ensure that poses and photo ideas we liked were incorporated. We are also so happy that we could have our dogs be a part of our shoot, as they are so important to us. The dogs were very excited and a bit distracted and Stevana was very patient making it easy for us to get the photos we wanted!

We first saw Mango Studios on Instagram from friends who chose them to capture their engagement shoot. I was sold instantly by their photos. It wasn't long after that we contacted them to book a consultation for our upcoming wedding. From the moment we visited the studio, we knew we were in great hands. The whole experience was amazing. City Sniffers team beat our expectations! This is our boy's second daycare and he enjoys it more.The staff is very welcoming and always post current happenings on instagram, keeping you in the loop! We also love that they do not bombard their daycare and are at a decent capacity. Another plus, is that your pupp goes for a pack walk twice a day and they make it a very positive environment.
If only they were open half day on Saturdays but they're that amazing! We couldn't be happier!!

Visiting Mango Studios for our first time was a wonderful experience. We did the newborn session and they let us do a holiday themed one. Our photographer was Jen, she made us feel at ease and let us be our natural selves. We didn't have to stand in awkward poses, she let us take a break when our little one needed to eat, working with Jen was a pleasure. Thank you, Mango Studios for capturing our family in such an intimate and wonderful way.

So where do I start. We had high hopes when booking them for our wedding. They had good reviews and looked professional. Our experience was unfortunately not that great. From scheduling mixups to the wedding photos that turned out just average. Few examples. We were hoping for a lot of photos of our guests at the reception. What we got multiple shots of table setups, plates, wedding cake. We also didn't get too many directions when doing our wedding photos. We are not models so it's difficult to know what to do during the photoshoot. The photos look very typical without any artistic value or interest. If we could redo the photos with someone else that would be great but unfortunately we can't. NOT A GOOD EXPERIANCE.

We did our engagement shoot with Alex from Mango Studios and she was AMAZING!! She is so easy to get along with and she made us feel so comfortable!! We had such an amazing evening shooting with her. I HIGHLY recommend her!! Thank you Alex for making our night so memorable!! xo

Our wedding was in October 2016 - lead photographer Ayyyna. We originally met with owner Mo who was very down to earth - knowledgable genuine and professional. They seemed to changed formats since they grew from when we originally booked but the end result was great and our Lead Photographer did a wonderful job. They are a well run company. From when we met the Owner My Husband and I were happy to book with them.

We met with Frances and Ayyyna prior and let them know of our preferences and of our shy relatives and then waited for the big day. To give you some context leading up to our wedding and day of I was exhausted, I did not have a bridal shower, engagement photos or a day off with my career. The day of the wedding I did my own hair and make up and my husband and I were the type of awkward you are when your tired. Nonetheless you would have no idea by looking at our photos. Ayyyna is smart, artistic, helpful and made my shy family comfortable. Our photos had effortless variety. They did great job running around with us around our venue (including flagging down a ghost busters car) to take our photos. We liked many of our photos more than what they selected as their favourites. When I look at them I remember thoughts, smiles, and "butterfly" nerves. The photo I have of me and my father gives me happy tears. We really loved how all Mango's photos come out with beautiful soft natural lighting. The time for the photos to be ready was also great.

We used Mango for both our engagement photos and as our wedding photographer this past September and we could not be more thrilled with how our pictures turned out. Michelle was our lead photographer for both and she was a pleasure to work with. She has a design background (I think...) so she really knew what to look for in terms of capturing great shots. She arrived on time and she knew our venue (Four Seasons) and the area so was able to get the pictures done quickly so that the wedding party and family could enjoy the cocktail party but we did not feel rushed at all. She was friendly and engaging with the wedding party but sometimes you just forgot the photographers were there they were doing SUCH an amazing job. We also used the photo booth from Mango which was really fun for us and our guests (classy background and props - nothing cheesy) who loved being able to email or text themselves the pictures during the reception. About 6 weeks after the wedding we received a full edited set of colour and B&W pictures on USB, and it is presented as a photo reveal - cute concept! The price was higher than some other studios we saw online, but after one meeting with Mango and seeing the quality of their work we decided to not even bother with meeting other photographers. It is so true that you get what you pay for and we feel the quality we got was worth the price. Now our only problem is having too many great pics to choose from!
