Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was good and the view was awesome from the bridge to bridge suite. The spa was relaxing and quiet. Had breakfast brought to the room, good quality food and nothing was cold.

WOW. I got a tip from a stranger on the bart that occasionally the Loews Regency sets up a rooftop bar. During some downtime I tried my luck and asked the concierge if they had it set up and if they'd let me up there despite me not being a guest of the hotel. To my surprise they were very kind and provided me directions and a key card to find it.

The view was breathtaking!!! You can enjoy a drink while seeing the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, and the Bay Bridge all from one balcony. If I ever visit San Francisco again I will certainly try to repeat the experience.

Fantastic hotel, from the room to the amenities to the customer service. We booked one of the corner rooms at the upper floors and enjoyed sweeping views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay Area. The rooftop bar also has amazing views but drinks were limited and they close early at 7:00 pm. We took advantage of the complimentary car service for the short trip to our dinner reservation.

I am local, so l was staying here to celebrate a birthday. Having stayed at most of the hotels in the city, this hotel has one of the best views. The bridge to bridge rooms offers sweeping panoramic views of the city that stretch from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Oakland Bay Bridge. I wanted a room on the last floor, however, l checked in extremely early. While l wasn t able to get a room on the top floor, the front desk checked me in early. The staff were all courteous, professional and very nice, their services were impeccable. The gym is open 24/7, so l was able to use it at 4am. If l had to be nitpicky, l would suggest a different color palette for the carpet, headboard and bathroom, they seem a bit dated. Nevertheless, I truly had the most relaxing and wonderful time there! I will definitely come back soon.
