A company with a severe internal culture issue. No transparency with upper management and lower echelon staff manipulative and duplicitous.
It was a decent place to work though I lost my job there because they made an example out of me. I'll leave it at that because I don't want to talk bad about the owner though she is rather pretentious among other things. It was her who made it happen in the end against the advise of those who actually worked there and knew the employees well ultimately cutting off her nose to spite her face as at the time I was the only one who could do many of the construction projects as well as the guy bidding 90+ percent of them. Letting me go while in the middle of a project on a banks corporate headquarters where i was doing most of the work right in front of the person who was their shot caller for maintenance and construction. She loved my work enough that she wanted me to come work on her house and was laying out a bunch more work for the bank when they foolishly set me free then sending in people who couldn't do the work well. (Nothing against them as I had spent my entire life doing it) the end result being the termination of their maintenance contract with said bank as well as their janitorial. That's why it doesn't pay to be a hot head children. Note that this occurred many years ago. I must Also say that the people I worked with there were some of the best and nicest people a person could ever meet.
Worst employer I ever worked for!! They treat their managers like dirt!! I have never been treated or disrespected so horribly in my life!!
