Mambruk Anyer Hotel Review

The place is nice, it's just a shame that there is no one right closed residence, all problematic, it would be a hassle to go to the bathroom, please pay attention ..

The hotel is very old, the rooms have 2 types of cottages (old) and the hotel building (rich in houses), I came here for a fullboard office event for 20 people. My room type is a good hotel ... big there is a big fridge, microwave, dispenser and gallon ... there is a water sport ... we ride a banana boat (watch out for getting off the banana boat in its sharp rock, my colleague is torn by the coral in sewing by the doctor who was called by the hotel) there is a swimming pool, volleyball (free loan), and there is a playground for kids ... lumanyan food (value 7 out of 10)

The place is neat, the food in the restaurant is good, the pool is clean, there are lots of hangouts. There is also a sunset photo spot

I don't know where to begin. This place is pretty bad. Here's a list of issues:

- My room was filled with an enormous amount of mosquitoes and large ants. This includes on top of my bed and under my pillow. If you are okay with sleeping with random bugs in your bed and on the floor, then it's okay.

- My bathtub faucet was leaking and the drainage was clogged. I was basically bathing/showering in a puddle of my own filth. Water pressure was also low.

- If you wipe the floor with a wet tissue, you can tell they haven't cleaned the room in a while. The tissue becomes black!

- I hungout at the restaurant and it was equally as bad. A bug was in my drink (lycee ice tea) and I asked the waiter if there's a bug inside my drink, will they replace it. They said yes. What they actually did was pour that drink into a new glass and added more ice tea into it. If you don't want to replace it, just say so!

- Ordered an alcoholic beverage (whiskey cola). I would bet that the alcohol used was "fake" alcohol and the coke tasted stale and had absolutely no carbonation left.

- Beach was filled with trash everywhere! Pretty ghetto.

- Buildings and room are very old and poorly maintained.

Overall good there is only a little lack of water, the shower is small and the sound of the air conditioner is a bit noisy but still nice

The scary atmospher is radiating in every corner of the room, I can not imagine stay here by my self , better sleep at the pool I think.
The food is so so. The breakfast is gone at 8.00 am, I barely can eat, and fyi the breakfast is supposed to be until 10.00 am
So management please redecorate this hotel and please make it better in romm , food, and service.

My destination hotel since 30 years ago when I was living in Anyer, finally arrived. Search on the online application that it was sold out, finally he was determined to go show because there were no plans to stay overnight, and got a Junior Suite room. The room is quite spacious, terraced at the bottom there is a dining table and sofa as well as a tv, upstairs the bedroom. Even though it is for 2 people but because it is quite spacious it can accommodate 3-4 people with an extra extra bed. Disaster mitigation already exists, along with information on instructions in case of fire, earthquake and tsunami, including how to evacuate.

Facilities there are swimming pool, beach, volleyball court. The restaurant service is quite good, the food is pretty good, unfortunately the dinner menu is less varied so there is no interest in having dinner at the restaurant.

Minus:
- small bathroom
- hot water is not stable, suddenly very hot.
- the sound of the bell is very loud, I woke up in the middle of the night because there was a room bell sound from somewhere.

It's fun. I ordered from Agoda app, got a discount promo! The beaches in Anyer are mostly rocky but here are some spots that are not and are located next to the endless view pool. The breakfast is fun, because it is next to the pool so when you're full you can swim right away!

For the deluxe premier room, it is over all ok, for the friendliness of the staff is still lacking, only for the room in the room it cannot be used so it cannot make room service, then try contacting reception with a regular telephone, there is no one to answer.
