There is a good seapool for swimming small children

Mabruk hotel. very good for vacationing for our family. Every year we are always boking especially Eid al-Fitr or New Year. The facilities are very satisfying. We need to be able to have swimming pools between men and women at the end / or give boundaries. For us to be comfortable ... And more enjoi for us. .

In this occasion, I got to stay for two days and the resort preety spacious, with a lot of trees arround. So, mosquitoes everywhere and you will need to apply lotion every time needed. Their reception area looks dirty which is not supposed to happen. I stayed in their new building so, everything's still looks new when you compare to their old building which looks shady from the outside. My room was clean and tidy when I arrived, No bath tub in my room but they have cold and hot water shower. Standard guest supplies such as coffee and tea with bottled mineral water, and other bathing kit was provided. But no mini bar. They have only one swimming pool which is not big enough especially when weekend comes and many people wanna swim inside. The other option is swimming in shore where you have to be careful because it is rocky.
Regarding breakfast buffet in infinity restaurant, they put small salad bar with selection of cold cuts but i can't see any cheese.
There is live egg station with great service from the chef, and their bread and pastries also good, but for hot foods selection, water, juices, milk, coffee and tea quality is just so so. Their a la carte menu also not appealing at all which lead me to order nasi goreng kampung and then trying all of the cocktail in the menu. Nothing impressive other then the staffs service and their smiles.

Old resorts with complete facilities, have swimming pools, shady gardens, and charming white sand beaches at dusk. This villa-style inn is also romantic when night falls. I only give three stars because some of the facilities in the room are classified as old and must be replaced.

The view is really cool, not too far from the toll road, the facilities are okay too and most importantly the rooms are clean

The officer is friendly. Across the hotel there is an indomart. Feels like the beach itself.
Just a suggestion that the children's pool be expanded

The villa should be remodeled, the door opening / closing is rather difficult to be noisy, the hot water is not on, the AC is not cold (quick complaints are responded to anyway) cm the next day it's not cold anymore.

I just get back from Mambruk just to see their room, and i think its quite oke, first, bcs its near enough from the main city, but still can play at the beach, insyaaAllah we'll check in this holiday.

The hotel itself has various types of rooms. I choose an executive suite that faces the beach. The building is relatively new and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is ok. The selection is average at best. Not too much selection. The little hotdogs are not very tasty. Maybe they can improve with the one with more meat content. The cheese selection is only processed cheese slices. Not quite right for a hotel of this level.

which clearly disappoints that there is no function at all in the kitchen, kitchen sets and sinks are only displays
For the service, the response is quite fast
I asked to fix the closet and asked for a bathup rubber cover not long after, immediately came and followed up.
And thanks to behind the bar the order past midnight was worked very well, because the lounge that was closed was reopened just to fulfill my order. Good job, Very apreciate!

Overall, I feel comfortable for my family, and with my wife and daughter, 2 years old, my two friends.
Only the one who is confused is why for the cheaper class rooms look newer and the more expensive buildings like the residence I use are left like that, like the need for even distribution.

Comfortable and complete, the beach is clean and safe for children and babies

The resort house is an old house probably built in the 80s, the bathroom is equipped with a toilet whose flush knob is broken and the sheets are full of spots and a thin blanket. The temperature cannot be adjusted so that if it is too cold the AC is forced to turn off.

The negative side: lots of mosquitoes even though the doors and windows are closed. When you first entered the room, the floor felt sticky.

The positive side: there is a place to play for children. Swimming pool ok.

This place is always crowded on weekends. Cottages that are separated between guests and facing the sea make it comfortable and safe during this pandemic. So we can stay without worrying about close contact with other guests. Main to the beach just the road. But the beach is coral, you can't play sand like a normal beach. So can't swim on the beach.

Quite recommended for weekdays in my opinion, I rent the Residence on Wednesday-Thursday. 2 bedrooms with a family room, dining room + pantry (but you don't have to bring your own cooking utensils). The residue is quite good and clean, there are not many mosquitoes like most of the reviews here.

the rules are not strict ... one Residence is written for 8 people, but it turns out that 10 people are also allowed and don't add costs unless they add extra beds.

Why do I recommend weekdays if you want to stay here? Because the beach is small bro ... (it's a seapool beach) the good thing is that the beach is max for 1-3 families in my opinion.

Here there are 4 beaches that are given a rock barrier ... one of them is the seapool that can be used to swim ... 3 more coral.

So on weekends, the beach n swimming pool will likely be crowded.

I got free breakfast for 4 people, the menu is not bad in my opinion ... and because the system is a buffet, the portions are free ...

The price of food at the restaurant is not really ... the price is not like that, but nearby there are a lot of restaurants with normal prices ... Opposite the hotel there is also Indomaret which is open until 10 pm.

OVERALL SATISFIED staying here..recommended for families who bring children 5-12 years, there is a seapool (so the waves are not big), there is a swimming pool, there is a field to play ball in front of the Residence and there is a playground.

The view and atmosphere is good, but please do renovation of hotel facilities and infrastructure so that it is representative now.
