Had a 9:30 service appt The Works on 10/22/2021. Upon arrival I was informed they were short on service technicians and that I could be waiting for up to 2.5 hours vs the standard one hour. Since I was there, I decided to wait and wait I did 3.5 hours later I got my truck. All I want to know is why didn t they/you offer to reschedule me to a later date?
Lastly, when I paid, the paperwork was incomplete, I got my receipt but not the listing of service provided or what was checked/serviced, i.e. tires, fluid levels, etc A little thing but little things add up. I m thinking next time I try the Ford in Front Royal Better reviews.

We had such a great, FAST experience at Malloy! We called ahead of time letting them know we wanted to be in and out as our kids would be with us, and that s exactly what they did for us. It was so quick and easy. Everyone was so friendly. Our salesman, Chris, was so genuine I highly recommend! Thank you guys!

Outstanding customer service experience from Sara. Maintenance was thorough, honest and effective. Cashier was pleasant and personable. I will definitely have service performed there when needed and now I will buy my next vehicle from Malloy.

We had a wonderful customer service experience at Malloy Ford of Winchester. When other city dealerships didn't want to work with us, Malloy did. Daniel Morel, our Sales person, Rick, the on-site manager, Nina, and Mary Burroughs, the Business Director were all amazing.
