Had a 9:30 service appt The Works on 10/22/2021. Upon arrival I was informed they were short on service technicians and that I could be waiting for up to 2.5 hours vs the standard one hour. Since I was there, I decided to wait and wait I did 3.5 hours later I got my truck. All I want to know is why didn t they/you offer to reschedule me to a later date?
Lastly, when I paid, the paperwork was incomplete, I got my receipt but not the listing of service provided or what was checked/serviced, i.e. tires, fluid levels, etc A little thing but little things add up. I m thinking next time I try the Ford in Front Royal Better reviews.
