Can someone make employees work ,huge line of trucks ,super long loading times ,avoid if you can

I have Malarkey Legacy Scotchgard shingles on my home in MN as well as some commercial investment properties. These are the BEST shingles I have ever purchased. They hold up great from Hail, Wind, and Algae. The representatives I have called with questions are the most knowledgeable, and professional people I have interacted with. I had quite a few questions and they spent quality time with me in person and over the phone to make sure my roofing system was designed and installed correctly and would hold up to the harsh climate I live in. I highly recommend Malarkey Roofing Products to anyone looking for a quality company, that stands behind their products.

Friendly staff, easy docks and free scale :).. over night stageing for three trucks, by building k in front of stop sign if needed... or go the the jubitz n enjoy

Be ready to spend arround five hours here , plus is very big possibility to load you overweight even they have scale on property

I recently had my new roof installed and while I love the roof, the crew that did the installation (Broussard Homes) ruined my eaves. My contract stated that nails will appear through the eaves. There was never any mention to me directly that I would have to repaint the eaves once the roof was installed. All the contract stated was that Broussard Homes was not responsible for any damage. The foreman of the job never appeared on my property and I was never offered a final walkthrough at the end of the project. If I had been given that opportunity, I never would have signed off on the final project. When I called Broussard Homes, and when speaking with the owner, Phil, I was instructed that having Lindsay, the director of roofing, come to my home to inspect the work was a waste of time. Great customer service skills, Phil. NOT!! At the time Lindsay was at my home, she agreed to a small reduction in price but when she went back to the office, it was decided that NO discount would be given. They were apparently covered by the contract.
I strongly recommend that if you have a new Malarkey roof installed, DO NOT USE BROUSSARD HOMES AS THE INSTALLER. They are in the business of lining their own pockets with the customers' money and refuse to be reasonable when challenged by the quality of their work. I am truly embarrassed for Broussard Homes and their lack of quality and craftsmanship. If I had known this would have been the outcome, I don't know if I would have had a Malarkey roof installed because of the contractor they use. I will NEVER do business with Broussard Homes again.

The staff doesn't know how to talk to u. They are very rude to driver's. They are very lazy people that work at warehouse on lombard rd.

I put a Malarkey Roof on my home. Best roof ever. We experienced extremely high winds this year and not one shingle has lifted. Color variety was excellant. My wife had no problem finding one that match our homes color scheme. We live in Oregon and they are a local sustainable company. Highly recommend this shingle. Happy Homeowner!
