Makro Webshop is een bedrieglijke winkel.
Laat je on line betalen, maar levert geen bestellingen. Reeds 1.5 maand aan het schrijven, mailen en telefoneren voor bestelling. Geen contact mogelijk met Makro.
Zal mogelijk mijn geld kwijt zijn. Pas nu zie ik op het internet dat heel vele klanten op dezelfde manier bedrogen zijn in Makro webshop.
Internet staat er bomvol van. BLIJF ER WEG !

Vandaag werd via Dynalogic mijn tafel geleverd. Mijn zoon heeft het pakket in ontvangst genomen. Bij mijn thuiskomst stel ik vast dat niet alleen het pakket beschadigd is, maar ook de tafel zelf: kras + put.
Ik heb onmiddellijk de klantendienst (078-nummer) gebeld, maar na 50 minuten heb ik ingehaakt want "alle medewerkers waren nog steeds in gesprek"!! Schande...

Goods are good. It is not cheap. I can not shop without creating a membership card. It might be useful if you buy the same thing many times at the same time. Frozen cakes are tasty.

Just slightly put in the pocket. This morning to Makro Eke for a forage harvester. It costs 189 there, and 158.99 on the website. So the seller says order it through the website, it saves 30. When we return home we order one, but then we see in the shopping cart that the price is 189. Called three times. Waiting more than 1/2 hour the second time. Apparently it was busy. So last phone was the climax, yes ma'am it will be a printing error and Makro is not responsible for that. So be careful, because tomorrow there will be an interesting offer and if you want it yes there will be a printing error.

Ze verkopen online dingen die ze niet in stock hebben! Wanneer ze moeten leveren kunnen ze dat natuurlijk niet en krijg je een mail dat ze iets zullen laten weten. Meerdere mails gestuurd maar zonder antwoord. Trachten te bellen met de klantenservice maar daar wordt gewoon niet opgenomen, zelfs niet na de lijn uren te laten open liggen!!!
Je kan Makro op geen enkele manier contacteren. Geld kwijt?
Bij zo'n winkel ga je er vanuit dat alles in orde is maar niet dus.

Terrible company, never buy anything there online or better yet, not at all. They don't do that after sales. The people there at the office are totally incompetent for their job. Six employees and 14 weeks were required to take back due to their incorrect delivery. However, thanks to the efforts of the Commerce Ombudsman, because they cannot succeed independently. Or would they have hired an outside force to fix their mistake.

Avoid ordering during the covid! After 1 month of waiting for the order (which is already very long!) No news, no follow-up on their website. We do not even know when our order will arrive, the date has been exceeded ... This is the last time we order on makroshop ... Ineligible. However, we placed numerous orders with other sellers during the covid without any problems. When a seller was late he warned us ...

Nooit meer Leveringsdatum 3 weken terug vastgelegd. Tijd zat dus
no show. Geen communicatie. Mails worden niet beantwoord. telefonisch nog minder respons. 4 gesprekken ( U komt dadelijk aan de beurt.... etc.)
Totaal 84 minuten wachttijd in deze pogingen. Geen antwoord.
