The management of this company is what makes people wonder of how terrible a management team could be with their employees.
There is no respect for opinions, if you express opposition against their terrible polices; you will be probably out of the company in a few days. Of course, this is just what people say when they leave that place.

Employees are called to provide feedback, and even tho everyone agree on the bad management, retaliation is shown weeks after in the performance demand to the employees. Would not recommend here at all, work at Amazon... save yourself a headache.
