I welded for them for over a year before I moved out of state. It is the best company I've had the privilege to work for. Can you make everyone happy? No. However, they get more things right than wrong and I felt highly valued while I worked there. It is the one company I can say that you get out of it what you put into it. I felt they invested in their people and they took safety seriously. It's the kind of place you retire from. Around 33% of their workers have been there for 20+ years. That in and of itself is impressive. My supervisor Steve Kyle was awesome and taugh me a lot. If you like a challenge and want to work on some really cool stuff, then MTM is the place for you.

I have been with Major Tool and Machine for over six years. It is a pleasure working for this company. The company is outstanding in regards to its people, its product, and putting money back in to the company in order to stay at the cutting edge of available technologies. I have also found that the company s customer base is well rounded and diverse enough to enable us to easily weather the ups and downs of a volatile marketplace which, in turn, allows for long term employment. Major Tool and Machine has grown every year and their business plan will allow us to continue to do so.
