Problem-free telephone availability (despite other comments), friendliness, and speed of services (passport renewal and request for information)
Point of view of motorist, this city is hell:
-Parkings long term to the number of insufficient places.
-Continuous work, partially blocked streets with interminable temporary red lights.
-Rues totally barred.
-Rooks without asphalt for months.
Conclusion:
Only go there if you need to, if you do not like public transport.
I try to call them for more than 40 minutes I fall on the answering machine then they are supposed to be open until 5.30pm (see timetable above) is this normal ?!
Being in a public park with children who want to go to the toilet, go there to see the opening hours (9h 19h) and find them close. Is this normal? I do not think so.
