Wait 45 minutes to retrieve a passport (3 min) without anyone telling us about our waiting time. I myself am in the public service whose function is to render service ... to the public!

perso there is so much to say before going crazy for animals it is really time to have a real police on the town because at night the PM is not available and especially not to go to the worries of the place du Hidden market at night is simply the course of miracles and the PN as usual there are not the when a real police station and oas the pathetic house that we currently have

The premises are aging.
Free parking nearby.
We had to go there to get our passports.
The person in charge of passports is very unfriendly a real "prison door".
Frankly the next time I have to make an official document I will go to another town hall that does this.

And here is that Fontaine is participating in the automobile traffic jam experiment initiated by Grenoble.
Thank you for reducing the width of our streets by half as well as making them one-way in order to create a bicycle highway.
Given the density of bicycle traffic, I don't see why there is an 's' on a bicycle.

It would be necessary to do more for the bicycles and especially the pedestrians, sidewalk and to make respect incivilities

Finally a new town hall which moves things, very reactive, I am very satisfied, who wants above all and invested in the good of the fountain people (security, the rights of the citizens etc ......)

A lady from the town hall called me and said he had put it in the trash .....
Rotting band no respect for animals.

This is how the city of fountain behaves with our animals.

I see that it improves fountain, the gentleman has the very nice home against the lady who deals with the solidarity transport aid files, already no hello or goodbye, then for my documents just if it does not do not accuse a falsifier really a hateful person anything to do in a town hall that goes elsewhere.

Never answer the phone even at 10:30 am when it opens at 9:00 am useless.

The agents are incredibly warm and welcoming. I specify that I do not live in Fontaine and have no connection with anyone there

I am simply indignant and the word is weak!
I have rarely seen such a hateful, disrespectful and haughty staff.
A "charming" lady who allows himself reflections in a low voice, derogatory and belittling, sometimes we do not hear ... it's unacceptable!
