I have been working with Mainvue homes for a number of years now and they are amazing to work with, from the Office staff, to the Sales Agents, and all the staff on sites. Very friendly, helpful, and willingly to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend.
The MainVue representatives I worked with were very helpful. They deal with a lot of homes and a lot of buyers but they were great about making us feel particularly taken care of. They bent over backwards to help get my buyers into their new home in a timely manner despite interruptions in their construction schedule due to COVID. The Construction Supervisor promptly corrected everything we asked for from our inspection without complaint, then even pointed out a few things himself during the final walk-through that he wanted to correct. As a buyers agent I had a great experience working with the MainVue team.
Before you buy, they are the sweetest. Sales agents, project manages and site engineers are very good. After you buy the house, they are very rude. Warranty people are extremely rude and behave like they are above all mankind. They will ruin your day. And you will have warranty requests that need attention and be prepared to ruin your days.
Purchased a MainVue home Feb 2020 and right from the beginning very easy to communicate with for all my questions and the process of home buying. Laura Snider and Katie Mikesell were so friendly and the utmost professional Sales Consultant and Concierge I have met.

I am so in love with my Mainvue home. The homes are very spacious, modern, and floor plans are well thought out. We found that no other homes compared to their signature upgrades. We love sitting by the fire place on our deck. Mainvue made our home buying experience stress free. They are still always willing to answer and address questions. I can t see myself living anywhere else.
Closed on a new MainVue home (Kingston Model) in May 2020. Our one-year inspection noted several problems including a broken or improperly installed floor joist which caused the floor to sag and numerous nail pops. There was a large crack in the wall between the bedroom and kitchen. These were repaired. However, the large crack reappeared, and when I reached out to MainVue, they said it was a truss lift problem and ours not theirs citing language in the Owners' Manual. My contact has now ghosted me. My neighbors have had the same problem, and MainVue fixed it for them.
