Do not trust this place, they have tried to charge my card several times and I have never ever shopped or heard of this place had to look it up online. they re crooks, I m a disabled senior, with a low income they are evil heartless people
Be careful with Mailgun: You are not advised that despite a monthly payment of $80 (Growth plan), there is a limit of 300 (!!!) emails per hour - if you exceed this, the service will be completely disabled for one hour. This is an absolute no-go!
Yes, the price list includes 100,000 emails for the growth plan, but nowhere are these restrictions mentioned. This makes it absolutely useless for large websites or sending newsletters. The risk is just too high that users don't get any email when they register - simply because Mailgun has shut down your account for an hour due to the limitations.
After I had to find out about this, I cancelled 3 accounts in total, with a total value of 240 Euro per month.
I am using Amazon Simple Email Service now.... much cheaper, better and very reliable: In addition, a certain volume of emails is even included for free and you do not pay a basic fee.
We were new to using Mailgun. When we transitioned our email delivery platform over to Mailgun, we had a significant number of bounces, for legitimate email addresses. We thought it possible that our reputation was in question due to a new IP address or something like that. We needed immediate help and were not on a support plan that provided phone support. We went to the website and started a chat session with Sales and we were connected with Katy Lancaster. Her support was the best. She walked me through getting the correct information to support, assisted me with upgrading our account for the remainder of the month and expedited our support ticket. She the remained on the chat with us as long as I felt needed. That is the type of support we want from our vendors. Thank you Katy!
Dont trust this company they have been charging my credit card several times. These are nothing less than SCAMMERS. If it happens to you call your banking and have them investigate.

They terminated our account without any notification. After contacting their support team they replied "we do not wish to continue our partnership together and your account has been permanently disabled"... Great, they take your money (upgraded plan) and then do not deliver their service. Not even one chance to solve the Spam issue that one of our websites suddenly had. The situation has been poorly handled by Mailgun. Im still waiting for the refund as the cancellation was done just after making the monthly payment.
I've emailed Mailgun to ascertain why I keep receiving the following emails - no reply yet but three more emails in my Inbox this morning - Unfortunately, we have been unable to process the renewal with the payment information currently on file. To avoid an interruption in service, please update your billing information to include a valid credit card, or process the payment manually.....and so on. I have no recollection of using Mailgun......
Mailgun is the best email automation tool on the planet, period. Their customer facing tools are very straightforward to use. RealtyJuggler has been a happy user of their services for many years. Thank you very much!
