we bought this 6530 Aug. of 2014 had a lot of small issues seat adjustment falling off ,handle for the bucket breaking off the first time I went to push snow, coolant leak by the oil cooler. Then the big money items started at just less then 400 hrs the fuel injection pump went out, I was told both by the dealer and Mahindra in texas that after 200 hrs I was S.O.L. I told them to read owners manual as of 2011 as per the E.P.A. all injection components' are covered 5 years or 3000 hrs. Long story short I ended up doing all the work getting the pump rebuilt and the tractor up and running again.It took many phone calls to the dealer and Mahindra and hints of calling the E.P.A. that mahindra would pay me back. It took 6-8 months before I got payed back NOW at less then 500 hrs its down AGAIN a dummy plug in the head some how broke loose fell down in the engine,bent the intake valve ,broke the valve guide, busted the top of the piston and split the liner. I contacted dealership mechanic sent him pictures and explained to him what I thought happened as of yet no reply except he was going to call someone at Mahindra. 3 weeks ago the tractor is 6 years old but less then 500 hrs Im retired living on ss cant afford to keep putting money in to this P.O.S. Once you buy one of these your on your own!

I HAVE A 6075 MAHINDRA WHICH HAD A LARGE PIECE OF METAL FALL ON THE RIGHT DOOR BREAKING THE GLASS AND THE DOOR FRAME. CAME TO CLIFF JONES IN SEALY TEXAS ON JUNE 12, 2020 AND GOT AN ESTIMATE FOR REPLACEMENT FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY. INSURANCE COMPANY CUT A CHECK ON JULY 2, 2020 AND I WENT TO CLIFF JONES AND ORDERED THE DOOR AND TOLD IT WAS ON BACK ORDER. I KEPT IN CONTACT WITH THEM TO FIND WHEN IT WOULD BE IN AND FINALLY ON AUGUST 25TH 2020 WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY SO I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING IT IN WHICH WAS MADE FOR THE 29TH. RENTED A TRAILER AND HAULED IT UP THERE ON THE 29TH. CALLED ON AUGUST 31ST TO CHECK THE STATUS OF IT AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART AND ONLY HAD THE GLASS DELIVERED AND DID NOT KNOW WHEN THE CORRECT DOOR WOULD BE IN. I USE MY TRACTOR ALMOST EVERYDAY FEEDING MY CATTLE SO I HAD TO RENT THE TRAILER AGAIN TO PICK UP MY TRACTOR. EVERY WEEK OR SO STILL CHECKING ON THE DOOR AND FINALLY ON NOVEMBER 3RD THEY CALLED AND SAID THE DOOR WAS IN. I RENTED THE TRAILER AGAIN AND DROPPED IT OFF ON NOVEMBER 4TH. CALLED ON NOVEMBER 5TH AND WAS TOLD A LEFT DOOR NOT THE RIGHT WAS DELIVERED AND AGAIN THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN MY DOOR WOULD BE HERE. SO I RENTED THE TRAILER AGAIN AND PICKED UP MY TRACTOR. I'VE BEEN STOPPING BY SEVERAL TIMES SINCE, THE LAST BEING JANUARY 4, 2021 AND STILL CANNOT GET ANY IDEA WHEN MY DOOR WILL BE HERE. APPARENTLY NO MORE RIGHT DOORS ARE BEING MANUFACTURED FOR THESE TRACTORS AND THEY'RE SELLING TRACTORS WITH NO RIGHT DOORS BECAUSE ACCORDING TO CLIFF JONES THERE HAS BEEN NO RIGHT DOORS IN THE UNITED STATES SINCE JULY. LEAST TO SAY VERY, VERY DISCOURAGED WITH MAHINDRA AND THEIR SERVICE AND UNFORTUNATELY REFERRED A FAMILY MEMBER AND A FRIEND TO PURCHASE ONE.

I purchased a mahindra 6010 hst cab model wit 300 hrs on it in Oct. 2020 I was given a we owe by the dealer here in texas. I have spoken to someone a couple of times. Now I cant even get the dealership to answer the phone. I was looking at a case the same size. I suppose I should have went with them. Oi was told by others I know they wish they would have bought something else simply because of service issues like this one

After a month waiting on some regular parts (plug module, few plastics, repair book, bracket steering...) over $800 order...can tell you to find a better brand !!!! Dealers are at the same level like this brand, so forget it.
I'll trade this 2020 useless almost new tractor and find a company that has parts in stock, and respects customers

Spencers equipment Knoxville TN is the dealer, they blame you every time I call...and I quit calling two weeks ago! They charged for this order on 2.2.21 $899.98

Ordered an injection pump for a mehindra mpower 85p on 2-2-2021 today 3-11-2021 called the dealership asking if my parts have shipped and was told they was a month behind... would think they would be in a hurry to send out a $2000 dollar part

My dealership (KennTenn, U.C. TN) has been trying to receive parts since July. The Management Team at the Corporate Office is unresponsive. This Company has poor customer service and I would not recommend them or their equipment.

Update: After the owner posts they are willing help find a solution, no one has contacted me or provided a solution. Their response is merely the facade of wanting to help without following through.

I hope anyone that is thinking of purchasing a Mahindra Tractor does their research. We purchased a Mahindra 4550 4WD tractor and all the accessories in 2016 in order to maintain our place. For the first year it was okay....then then we had issues with the lug nuts shearing off. Unfortunately, the local dealer here didn't fix it correctly and subsequently had closed down. Got the tractor back - happened again and then it happened on the other side. We located a dealer in Idaho that would try to assist us as everything was under warranty. They fixed one issue only to get it back finally and make one lap around the yard before the front axle broke. I have been making monthly payments on a tractor that has been out of commission for almost 9 months....The dealer in Idaho sent an email to Mahindra explaining that we had a lemon and something needed to be done to compensate us or get us into a new one....and NO RESPONSE!! THAT IS NO RESPONSE TO ONE OF THEIR DEALERS. In addition to the monthly payments we have continued to make, we have also had to spend money to rent tractors/skid steers to maintain our property. I reached out to Mahindra Finance and was pretty much told there was nothing they would do for me!!! I wouldn't give one star frankly, but you have to give something in order to leave the review!!!
