The screening process for suitable tenants was second to none and I was supplied with a report after every open and we only needed to hold one open for inspection, which was great.Reporting at every level has been made easily accessible via online access and is very thorough. I live out of town and entrusting the team at Maher has been the very best descision and I would highly recommend their services.

Landlords beware no responsibility taken, will find any loophole to cover up staff mistakes, Poor communication between landlords and tennants. Glad i moved.

Excellent service, great follow ups and easy to deal with.

Had a rental with Maher realestate, had on going problems with the house and they continually dragged out all the maintenance requests we had, or didn t even rectify the problem, then started blaming us for the issues with the house and pretty much implying that we were lying about these problems. Thankfully we are no longer in that house, and will never be dealing with that realestate company again.
