I haven t had a doctor listen to me as Dr. Thomson does. She really wants to find a solution instead of simply prescribing pain killers to hide the symptoms. The staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
I love my doctor here she understands my issues and don't judge so glad I have her big shout out to dr. T you Rock!!!
Have been hung up on more times than I can count after waiting on hold for ages. Inconsistent, rude office staff (occasionally there is an amazing individual who tries to help but one out of ten is no great boon). Even worse nurses, as a patient here I never felt cared for or listened to, only condescended to and talked over. Trying the community health center next. anything has got to be better than this place.
This facility is VERY inconsistent in all areas. The front desk is often times rude and dismissive and that if you can even get a hold of anyone. The care is also inconsistent. You can never see the same doctor more than once and all the doctors seem to have different levels of training and never know exactly your history. It is a very sad excuse for a medical facility. I have been in pain for over a week now, I ve called almost everyday since my last appointment to get some test results back and no one has given me an answer or responded. If you want to feel abandoned and uncared for try Mahec family health, but if you want decent healthcare and to feel heard, please go somewhere else.

I used too come here its terrible staff are unfriendly, Kept getting my appointments wrong or never make one. The doctor i saw Mrs. wrong wrong or however it was spelled is the worst doctor I've ever had.
Been going here for years but want be back. Looking for a new physicians. If you go here make sure you pay your copay even if they say you don t have one cause they will tell you that you don t have pay and will let it keep adding up. Everybody is not on the same page
Mission has closed its satellite offices leaving 100 s (1000 s?) of patients without a Dr. My Medicare Insurance referred me to Dr Wilson at MAHEC. She was awesome! They took 2 hours with me and asked a lot of questions about my health. I m 74 so my health is complicated in quite a few areas.. heart, gastrointestinal problems, gall bladder. I was pleased to find a Dr. that had more than 5 minutes for me. I need to schedule another appt. though because they were closed when I finally left, 2-1/2 hours later. My husband was worried that they had sent me to the hospital without telling him. He was waiting outside (due to Covid 19 restrictions) I was very pleased with my initial visit! Thank you Dr. Wilson and also to the other Dr. with the twinkling brown eyes and sense of humor.!
I was wondering if anyone has been a pregnant teen and has came here without issues? I cannot find anywhere good for my needs that won t push dss onto me! Help?
