Magnuson Lowell Review

I have used Magnuson Lowell 2 times now and both times they won a successful outcome. Being hit is never fun but working with this firm makes it much easier. Very thankful for all they have done.

Josh was incredibly skilled at resolving our case. Cannot recommend him enough. I will be referring all friends over to him and his firm.

I was fortunate enough to quickly find this office online. I called in and they helped to facilitate a meeting with attorney Josh Lowell. I needed help reviewing some legal documents. Josh was wonderful, he was incredibly efficient, reviewing my documents and setting up a meeting to discuss everything. I have a very busy schedule, so my time is limited and when we had our meeting, he was succinct and to the point. I was very impressed with his ability to communicate some of the more involved terms of my documents so I would have a better understanding. When you look for an attorney, you want to find someone that you can trust professionally because let's face it, it is difficult to understand all of the infinite details associated with the legal system. When you find someone trustworthy, that values your time as well, that's a win on all accounts. Thank you Josh, I really appreciated your help.

I cannot say enough good words about Josh! After an accident, I needed to speak with a lawyer. A friend recommended Josh. The first time I met him I knew that he was an honest and trustworthy person. We worked together for several years so I got to know that my first instincts were absolutely correct. Josh is not only honest and trustworthy, but he is also respectful, a great listener, competent, sincere, and dedicated to helping his clients.

Linda Collins, the paralegal who works with Josh was an incredible help also. Linda has worked in the legal field for many years and is very knowledgable, organized, and an excellent communicator. She was fun, efficient, and added much to this legal experience.

Josh Lowell has been helping me through the most difficult time in my life regarding modifying my parenting plan (post divorce) in a very contentious endeavor with my ex. Josh is unbelievably responsive, provides a high level of quality and is realistic in his advice - he has told me when unrelated matters are outside of his specialty and does not blow smoke to inflate my ego or confidence. He's realistic and I appreciate his honesty! His involvement in my case and his availability make me feel like I am his number one priority. I never want to go through a divorce or modification again, but if I do, I would, without a doubt use Josh again.

I can not say enough good things about Josh! One thing I most appreciate is his willingness and patience to make sure I fully understand the things we are working on. Although they turned down my case, they were very nice, responsive, took time to answer my questions, and tried to point me in the right direction, so I can find legal help.

Josh Lowell was very professional, some lawyers could just ignore you and not deal with basic questions and stuff. He chose to continue to answer questions I had, to at least guide me in the right direction after letting me know he doesn t get involved with my particular dispute.

Getting a divorce is difficult and when adding multiplying health issues onto a very stressful divorce disaster should be on the horizon but thankfully I made the best decision and hired Magnuson Lowell- at first I was with a lawyer that departed the firm shortly after taking my case, Josh Lowell reaches out letting me know that he would like to review my case with me before I made a decision on weather to follow the other lawyer or stay with the firm- I am so thankful I took that meeting, Josh was able to give me way more confidence in my case and in the end I couldn t have asked for a better resolution to my divorce. He made it possible for me to focus on my health and saved me from so much stress- worth every penny over and over again! Thank you Josh!!
