If you have water or humidity in your bathroom you should buy a different vanity. The finish on my bathroom vanity is ruined and coming off the whole thing. I provided several pictures and was told "Generally, when a wooden material is exposed to any external disturbance (specifically water or any other solvent) for certain period of time, definitely it will damage the wooden product. There is no type of wood that is perfectly safe from water damage (or humidity) if it is continuously subjected to it. Usually, a vanity product is designed in such a way that such external disturbance (i.e. water) is having no direct contact with the wooden material. So it is clear that it is not an issue with actual product but due to the external disturbance, hence this cannot be entertained under warranty claim."
My bathroom is well ventilated and I have never seen this happen to a bathroom cabinet before. So I repeat... If you have water in your bathroom, I'd look elsewhere.

I had a problem with the integrated sink & vanity I bought less than two years ago, it had a 3 year warranty. I emailed, then sent pictures and my receipt. I had my new sink in less than a week. Great customer Service.

I have never been so unsatisfied in my entire life with a company! if I could give zero stars i would. I'm going on 4 months of not receiving my order after being told that it would take only one month. do not purchase from here unless you would like months of stress, inconvenience, and headaches.

Horrible customer service. Very poor quality product. Do not purchase if you want a good quality bathroom vanity.

Needed to find out if they had something in stock. No callback called the Ontario office as well along with using their own contact email question board I even went as far as to call procurement and got her cell phone no return call. I have to make other arrangements for vanity top. Really unfortunate you have a question and answer board having someone ask the question if you re in business.
