Maga one is a very good place to locate your business. This is one of the A grade building located in in Colombo. Currently there are several IT companies located in.(netstarter, pearson...). also have a car park inside the building

If you are expecting to depend on public transportation situation around this area is bit pathetic. It would be ideal if bus route from Nugegoda to Narahenpita via Nawala junction can be populated. As Maga tower gets occupied little by little need for public transportation become essential.

Well facilitate building in colombo district. Lot office spaces and good surrounding. Good view with nice and calm environment. Nawala road is always filled with vehicles and in the peak time so hard to get here. Can see entire colombo area from this tower. Still under constructions. Good place to have a technology office.
