A good genuine recruiter who works with an ethics. As an educational consultant and trainer they does a good job in the industry. They gives training to the people and make them flexible to work in an industry. They weren't charging anyone for the training. They only requests for an assurance and commitment from job-seeker's side in terms of certificates. They have experience of long years.

It's a training institute for freshers. If you go there.. first they will criticize candidate skills. And will ask to join for 1week training.
They won't give any job guarantee. Candidate s becareful like these type of institutions

Fraud company.....take advantage of unemployment people..... They just do show off..... there is no placement.... they just waste the time of all the students....and make false promises ..... hardly 2 or 3 people will get placed in 50

MAINTEC is a good company which provides encouragement, support to its employees who really wants to work hard & to make their profile strong & get success through it. Also possess "State of the art facility" which is also focusing on diversifying it's business to gain competitive advantage in Industry. A rewarding place to work. It has a wonderful work culture and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

I was hired by Maintec for a niche skill and was deployed at one of the IT giant company.

Hiring process:
The hiring process was extremely fast and did not had to bother nor check with the TA Advisor (Naveen Narayan) even once. He got in touch with me twice in a week with the latest updates on my hiring. This guy (Naveen) is soft-spoken, extremely professional and respects the candidate.

Onboarding:
Once you get the confirmation from the client, you will see all the required documents in your Inbox (if not check your Junk folder). Followed by the Induction process initiated by HR (Ramya). I found her very transparent and professional and will have answers to all your HR queries.

Salary:
You WILL get your salary between 5th to 7th of every month and this communicated to you during hiring as well as Induction and you will not find any deduction other than what was informed by the TA, HR and F&A team. I found Mr. Santosh and Ms. Rakshitha from F&A extremely helpful and appreciate their readiness to resolve any queries related to pay and tax deduction.

Leaves (if you are bothered):
I was entitled for 18 days of leave (12-SL/CL/ML/EL and 6 PL) per calendar year; Which means 1.5 (1 CL + 0.5 PL) days of leave per month. CL will expired by end of the year, however PL will be carried forward. Leaves component does not bother me as I rarely take it.

Overall, my experience (so far) with them is extremely pleasant. Thank you Naveen, Ramya, Santosh and Rakshitha for making my journey comfortable.

A good institute to get trained on technical and communication. Friendliness with knowledge. Interesting methods has been followed to improve our skills, fun times and activities. Ensure to move with maintec.

Maintec is good company, management support is good and good environment flexible Timings.

It's acompany and one of its business is consltancy. They will take u as network analyst post and trains you. The training is on basic concepts. And they will send you to service desk management post finally. And to get that SDM POST also you have to get through lot of assessments. Waste of time. My friends and me wasted 3months. And out of 100 only 5 will be selected finally. Pls it's waste of time going there. And pls don't give your original marks card for god sake. They won't give it to you. In return they'll ask money. Communication trainee is too bad. Technical training is better. People respond too badly. They will Convince you like anything. I suggest you strongly for freshers who r searching for job pls go for any consultancy expect this one.

Maintec technologies is one of the best place for Training & Development and also for Assurance Placement. If you are willing person to get the Success then definitely you can get that through Maintec.....

Hr call me for the interview without any information. after that i called around 15 times but only one time call got connected and he told me i will call you in two min. that two min never over still counting. again i called back 10 times but never reached..

worst management, they have scheduled my interview in weekend and I waited for long time. and when I called to HR and even emailed for next update, there is no response. Such a pathetic response. Before interview thing twice.

I had a GPU chip problem, so I came to the centre,he did not take the laptop for checking what is the problems, he disassembled the lap infront and told this is the problem and u need t replace the gpu chip on spot,technician Raju was the jakpot I got there, he is best at what he is doing. In Bangalore first time I visited a laptop service centre and I am satisfied.

Just went for an interview there. Had to wait almost 6 hours to get interviewed. No, it's not due to the number of people attending interview. It was just 3 of us, and we were all just sitting in the couch waiting for their call. And while sitting there, one of the trainees there came to us and said, escape, it's a trap! And, yeah, It felt like it's a trap for graduates. I just confirmed my theory when they asked for my original degree and other certificates to be submitted there. I asked what if I submit self attested copies of the same, and the HR was like I asked for both her kidneys. I knew from that moment, that it's another scam everyone should escape from!!

The course covered in an amazingly short time and the transitions from topic to topic were seamless, as each topic builds upon the previous one. It is one of the best institutes to have hands-on experience.

This is an outsourcing company which is hiring for hcl for Networking domain. They concentrate more on English communication. More over they take 2 months at least for getting you hired. And if we score less in assessments then they won't consider us and won't give respect tooo..........
So I feel even giving star is waste
But the training for mainframes and the staff for mainframes(particularly for mainframes) is good.
But the rest.... Not good

Guys don't believe below 5 star ratings it's has been given forcefully by candidates who are trained here. This is fake consultancy they ask original marks card and ask money for return never go to interview here as I have wasted my time and money here not got even single interview.

THE BEST FOR FRESHERS TO GET PLACED IN MNCs.......AND YOUR CAN ENHANCE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS UNDER THE TRAINING OF FAZZAL SIR.....

A good place to learn and develop,

They provide 45 days of training with no pay after that u will work under different companies under maintec payroll. Package is very less. Not suitable.....
