The Netherlands in a small way. Buildings and areas that stand out and that stand out in the Netherlands compared to the rest of the world. Fitted together in a very artistic way. What I missed was the Delta Works and Zeeland. This province is also unique and so is the Oosterschelde barrier and Neeltje Jans.
The setup is very nice and both for children and adults there is a lot to do and listen. Not just to see. Highly recommended.
Great for kids.
Fantastic model village.
Fun for children up to 6 - 7 years old.
My son quickly found it boring. I should have gone here with him 5 years ago; but now it is mainly walking through the park, 'looking at houses' (I found it more interesting than he, I saw); I noticed that my son was like 'when and where does the action come from?'. Of course this park is not intended for that, but that also makes it less interesting for a certain type of child. There should be more 'experience'. The park looks quite small all in all.
Very nice to see all the miniature cities and buildings, however not all the interactive things worked when we visited
The Netherlands in a mini-theater. Interesting miniature plants.
Fun place, lots of tourists. The conditions aren't to great of all the pieces since it's outside place. So be careful with rain.
Very nice, but especially for adults. Children miss the recognition and therefore see little difference between all buildings. But for adults it is nice to see famous buildings and places from above.
Although I lived in the Hague all my life, this is a magical place to visit once in a while. Especially with kids it's a really cool trip for half a day or so. If you look online you can easily score tickets for 12 euros and that's the max I would pay. The full price of 17,50 is just too much for 2 hours of sightseeing. 20 poffertjes for 6,50 is also way too expensive by the way.
I recommend it terribly. All the Netherlands in one place
Miniature monuments from all over Holland. Nice ride for children but also older.
Nice outing with the kids. Seen many beautiful places in the Netherlands in one day. Children also enjoyed arranging the containers in the port of Rotterdam. Also nice to get some information through a telling pole ... If there were more trash bins in my opinion.
Beautiful Realistic miniatures of Netherlands. It's just beautiful.
Holland in miniature! Beautifully crafted, and a must-see exhibition!
Kids love this place. There are some interactive exhibits that are inside. There are miniature buildings of all of the famous places in the Netherlands (1:25 scale). There is a large playground for kids to play on as well. The grounds are well upkept. The football/soccer exhibit is wonderful and a huge hit with the kids. You can actually play soccer in a mini indoor field and player several interactive games. Make sure you look online, as there are discounts off tickets. Parking for a vehicle is 9 euro.
I was there, the terrain is manageable, but there is a lot to see. Very tetailhaft built, the facility as the models are very well maintained and clean. On the models there are always Info Videos with subtitles in different language is also German.
If you are in the vicinity, you should make a detour, it's worth it. Really great and a lot to see and always discovered a surprise. The visit was completely worth it.
Very nice and cute park. Variety of cities. Nicely done!
Great place for kids. I advise you to visit inraktivy
We love this place and found it also very interesting, because it gives you a good in-view of Netherlands points of interest. Very nice and detailed miniature houses set in a small park. There is a lively atmosphere with lots of miniature trains, mills, ships, airplanes and cars moving around and turning.
The self service restaurant is not cheep but it offers fresh and tasty staff.
Come in autumn on a week day outside holliday periods like we did, and you will enjoy more this experience, because there are only few people around.
Nice park with the whole of the Netherlands in a small pity that the buildings are mixed up and not per place
Dissapointing. No clear route set out, small and some extensions are poorly maintained
Great to go and see with your grandchildren what you have seen as a child in the past.
Cool children-friendly miniature park in Then Hague.
You expect a miniature version of various structures in the Netherlands and that is exactly what you get. Playground for children could be a little bigger
Was fun ! But ticket was a bit expansive . The land was a bit small not worth for 16.5 . Can finish everything within 1hour .
Very nice little experience for half a day best to center Den Haag. If you want to visit een Haag for the day, then park your car here for fixed price and take from here the easy tram connection to scheveningen or the center. It will save you parking costs.
The park has inside and nice outside attractions. There is nice activity for young and old. The buildings are really beautiful! There is a nice playground for kids to enjoy a pick.
Make sure you come on a beautiful day or else your get wet as almost all is outside.
Nice park, staff was not that friendly many people were skipped with an entrance taking a photo and despite the fact that on the path because of corona it is indicated how you can walk, there are still people who come from the wrong side and you walk half off the paths
Very nice
Place
Was long ago that I had been there, at least 20 years ... nice to see this again
Had a nice day, great with the lights in the evening
Improvised houses for hot chocolate and what to relish, unfortunately the chocolate milk after more than 20 minutes waiting still lukewarm. In my imagination, Madurodam was bigger, so I was a bit disappointed.
Wonderful dayout with kids. Very creative miniature Netherlands.
Come here first and u don't have to waste money travelling around Holland!
The best park of miniatures I've seen! It's worth visiting, all Holadia in a nutshell
For an entrance fee for almost 20, - (also for children aged 3) not worth the money. It is a great outing, but 10, - had been more appropriate, especially considering the large number of broken things. And especially for young children since all attractions are 6+. Playgrounds are fun and toilet clean. Feels a bit like a tourist trap, since you still need 10 cents to turn on the nicest things. And you have to wave a pass before a movie does.
Had a great day in Madurodam. Not a big park but big enough to look at everything twice. Lots of listening and doing activities. Top outing!
Great minimum of the most important places in the Netherlands. Worth a visit.
Very beautiful and more and more fun activities for children. With the sun there we had a very nice afternoon.
Unfortunately we had to put the car away because it was so busy. In the park itself we were not bothered by it.
If you come to Den Haag, which is a beautifully landscaped area with miniature buildings, interesting machines, be sure to go
Very good place to visit with children. Good staff.
Very fun place to visit, you need good weather as it's outdoor and few hours to enjoy.
Around an hour and 20 minutes drive from Amsterdam. 66 KM . Its lovely place for family trip and walk in mini Holland and toke amazing pictures also they have cafe and W/C on the house
Fun with small kids as there are a lot of activities they can do themselves.
Very nice facility, which is well maintained. Just a pity that the parking costs 8.50 euros.
Lovely park to see all the relevant monuments and important buildings of the Netherlands in small size (1 to 25 scale). I particularly loved the videos that can be seen either in English or in Spanish and, in concrete, the introduction/motivation of Madurodam. Although the price is definitely high (if you are a group of 3 or 4 people you can save some money if you buy a family ticket), it is worth it!
It is really nice to go there just the Netherlands in miniature
Beautiful garden made into museum. A replica of netherland city. Also known as miniature of netherland. Well maintained. Good to spend 2-3 hrs. Indian tea is best at this restaurant. Do try once as we don't get such good tea in Europe. Awesome weather if you visit during March -May. Do give it a try.
Great Park for young and old informative and entertaining great for day out
An ever-changing theme park on Scheveningen. Many stories and interactivity, but unfortunately too little physical dynamics.
After about 25 years I went here again. It is super well maintained but the scale models themselves were very disappointing. There are beautiful buildings / models in between but the padding and other models are of disappointing quality or poorly maintained. For example, there are houses between which the windows are stickers, not a problem in itself, but if one third of windows / stickers are removed, there is no face. The dolls also look bad, heaps of things for decoration are crooked or broken. If you look really well, there are few models of which there is nothing wrong. Schiphol is super empty except for the planes, farms do not have a cow or tractor in the pasture. Just a square plate with some parked cars on the fairground square. What, if you saw what I mean, was not needed for anything. Then put down some dolls. It was very busy, and that doesn't matter, but almost 20 euros for a ticket, use some of it to freshen up / modernize. With what models you have today, even the detailed toys of today, you can expect a little more from such a park after 25 years. It was very disappointing to us, we sometimes had to laugh at how bad some things were. And that's no compliment.
Needs upkeep for malfunctioned models but very cool enjoyable time spent there.
All best buildings in Holland on your feets! And others specials views!
Been with ambulance, top was arranged, access for all people who were with us was free. Top service!
Here you can spend hours 2, see the most famous places in the Netherlands and take a bunch of beautiful pictures.
Great fun and fun little attractions; make marches for 10 cents. The water spray, The indoor attractions; Orange becomes champion in 1988 The films and afterwards play football very nice also for children aged 3 and 4 years. Nieuw Amsterdam is more for 5 or 6 year olds .. A bit too dark in the 1st room, at De Kanonnen very nice because you can throw yourself off! Beautiful Miffy playground trimmed with fences up to 6 years old. The trains and small cars that move are still the best!
Honestly? It's a waste of time and money. Walk less than 1 hour. Well, it's nice and carefully done, but the mass of people (Sunday), children from the thunder.
Parking 8.50 (you stand as much as you want), cheaper tickets online.
Super fun for young and old .a park to spend the whole day there.
