The billing service they use sucks! The bill they sent had my log-on ID and password. Every time I tried I got "Invalid Registration Password!" message. My wife tried too, to no avail. We tried substituting ohs for zeros and every other possible combination of upper and lower case without success. The bill had a customer service number and said "OFFICE HOURS: 9:OOam - 6:00pm C.S.T." I called at 5:30pm C.S.T. and got a recording stating their office was closed and that their hours were 9:00am to 6:00pm eastern standard time. The hoops I had to jump through to pay a measly $28.33 Insurance co-pay were more painful than the condition that put me in the ER.
