I've been working at Madison Davis for the past 4 years and the company continues to grow. I used to work for one of the largest recruitment firms in NYC and the environment was toxic. Now being at a smaller company I actually enjoy going to work. It s a family type of environment. The owners actually paid for the entire company to go on a weekend trip at a resort last year to celebrate the company s success and so everyone could spend some time outside of the office together. In addition there is an established PTO program, so it s not difficult to take a day off when needed. Compared to the larger recruitment firms, where there is no growth potential because you are 1 out of 100+ recruiters, this company allows you to actually grow your own network. The company structure gives you the ability to cross-sell and leverage the success of other groups to get new clients.

I am a current employee at Madison Davis. The team here is fantastic. We have a family style culture and everyone gets along great. There is high room for growth, we welcome the opportunity to find top talent and keep it here! 5 stars

Madison Davis might be the worst recruiting company to work with. They are known to fabricate facts about the opportunities they have. Recruiters to do not care about the candidates. They will often paint a bliss picture of their clients, only to force a candidate to take a job that is a backwards move in their career. They are willing and happy to make money by ruining careers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a recruiter from Madison Davis. She was supportive and thorough. I really appreciated the honesty and service I got from Madison Davis. I was placed at my dream job! I highly recommend this company!

Terrible agency. They take your resume and disappear - literally dead beat; no follow-ups nor respond to any emails. This seems to be their common tactic across the board, as I've experienced this through their managing director and recruiting associates. Lost all my trust in this shady company. Stay away and look elsewhere.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was thought to be starting a position under a contract with them. Only to be told the day before my start date and two days after I left my original job (a Sunday/via text) not to report to the client. After days of following up on my own I was told the deal was a no go and they d call me if anything became available. For a month there were a number of failed back and forth s due to my own efforts. I received a call from a completely different recruiter from the company towards the end of the month and I thought he was sent to assist me since they dropped the ball so hard earlier in the month. However it turns out he just happened to come across my resume . This company is THE worst! STAY AWAY!

I joined Madison Davis a few months ago, and I m still being surprised with how well-managed this firm is. As a fairly new employee, I can honestly say that everyone in the firm goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable in your position. Ample training is provided and management is more than willing to help out in any way possible. Clear path for growth and a motivating yet welcoming environment. Perfect home and great potential to succeed as a recruiter!

Lying recruiters, bait and switch tactics. Pitched a compliance job to me that did not even exist, I will be avoiding their calls.

I liked working with these recruiters, better than other firms I've worked with.
