I had a question about a product and it took them a while to respond to my email. 📧 The response I received wasn't very helpful either. 🤷‍♀️ Overall, I'd say Mad4beauty is an okay option if you're looking for specific beauty items, but I would recommend shopping around for better prices and customer service. 👍
