Advice to the Management

One of the product team manager is a liar, turncoat who creates and uses situations and people to her advantage. She comes with an extremely toxic, biased, sick and judgemental attitude. Tries to gaslight you into believing the work is not done well, while actually all the goals are being met consistently. Crafts evil agenda, plays UGLY politics within the group, denies support when you're motivated to contribute and work hard, be averse for doubts and finally frame you easily when you're struck somewhere. She would tell one day " your work is very detail oriented" and go complain the HR the "work is not detail oriented". She would agree for a 3 week improvement period, then suddenly reduce it according to her whims and fancies. Are we idiots ? First talk to the employee and sort out things before going to the HR. She would go on and also influence other colleagues to not be of help, and spread negatively. Despite all the goals being met and the required work presented, it wouldn't contend her due to inherent biased ugly attitude. This kind of toxic specimens need to be checked and watched carefully, and the organization must always prove such wicked elements they are above everyone. There's a dire need for transparency and more honest and fair processes in place. Otherwise, a fabulous and great place for learning, work, growth and values.
