Great location with a nice parking garage - multi selection of products, you can even take a refreshing walk in the store.

Caters to the needs of upper middle class and Higher income group ladies!

Large furniture selection and good black Friday sale prices. However, displays were in disarray and the women's restroom on the second floor was atrocious!!! Maybe they would benefit from having a few staff tidy up rather than chat with one another?

No much to write. No good deals happening. Nothing great in the present collection as well. Maybe next visit it will be better.

I have not had the best impression of Macy's in the past, but I'm new to Columbus and this was my first visit here. I was casually shopping and enjoyed looking thru plentiful stock, being able to see and touch clothing and bedding in person, and browse furniture. A fun visit and I will return.

This specific Macy's is very focused on being upscale. Which is great. However, there are very little clearance and sale items. They are even hidden behind phrases such as "last chance." They're mixed in and confusing. I love newly released items for my children, but I still want clearance items available for my children to play in. The one on sawmill has far more options available in each department .

The service is excellent. I met a woman whom worked for Macy (absolutely beautiful) ...A Asian woman ..back in December who introduced me to Chanel Gabrielle perfume. The first words she used was "this perfume is VERY POWERFUL"....I went back to see if she was there a few days ago, however she wasn't. I made sure I told her coworkers how lovely she was..and I ended up buying myself my first bottle of Chanel

Macy s is my favorite department store, stylish selection, great fashion, this location is as good as any Macy s I ve ever been in. Many wonderful employees Here

You cannot reach anyone on the phone. I tried all lines. Including lines that should be used to reach other areas and departments. This is very bothersome. How can I ask my important questions about something I would like to buy, if no one is there to take my call. This saddens me.

Charlie in the makeup department was fantastic! Went in hoping to buy Bare Minerals tone correcting cream, and asked about finding the right shade for my skin tone. She went through a number of shades, but it turns out their line has too many orange undertones for my skin. Bit of a bummer for me at first. But she made a recommendation for another product which in the end blended beautifully and had just the right pink undertones to prevent that dreaded "line of demarcation". At the same time I was there, another associate in the department was helping a woman with finding a lipstick, and was running around trying out as much as she could, with her hand covered in a bunch of lipstick swatches. Didn't get her name unfortunately, but the gals in the makeup department sure do know their stuff! And they are super helpful and patient in helping you find exactly what works best for you and your unique skintone, etc. Amazing customer service experience from these two alone justify a 5 star review!
