I recently purchased glassware from this company and I have mixed feelings about it. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was hassle-free. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging could have been better as one of the items was chipped. 😕 On the positive side, the quality of the glassware itself was good and I appreciated the variety of products available. 😊 The customer service was also responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns about the damaged item. Overall, it was an average experience. If they can improve their delivery speed and packaging, it would definitely enhance the overall customer satisfaction. 👍🏼👎🏼
