I had a not so good experience with MACK POSS ASSOC INC. The customer service was below average, and the product quality was disappointing. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met.
The service provided was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the product I received was not up to my expectations. There were some manufacturing defects. Despite that, the customer service promptly resolved the issue.
