I had wanted to pay off my debt by making an extra payment and when my debt was paid off they still withdrew one more payment, called many times and got the run around about sending the over payment back to my employer, never got anything back even months later I just stopped calling because I was wasting my time
Collection agents are semi professional. It's annoying to have to go through the whole collection "spill" when you have a question. Then to not be able to make a payment using your phone internet is very inconvenient.
Considering thier business(collections), they were professional, and willing to negotiate.
I have called multiple times regarding a garnishment and have left several messages with NO response back! Have called everyday for a week straight leaving voicemails with no call back. Makes it very frustrating when trying to do business with a company that can not return calls.
Worked here for 3 months and wow what a mess. Over work employees, not paid adequately and also management here is a joke. Don t recommend. Go anywhere else.
Delayed communications. Takes them 5 business days and 7 total to get a letter to me requiring a response in 10 days from date of the letter. Just dirty, underhanded debt collectors. If they're after you expect them to use every leverage of the law and be sleazy about it while they do it.
Yes they are a debt collector but every interaction I have had with them has been surprisingly pleasant and they were actually very helpful. Definitely don't want to do business with them again, lol, but for a debt collector they are surprisingly empathetic and helpful
Though I'm not done doing business with this firm, I can say that so far the service I've received has been great. I spoke to Crystal O. about an outstanding debt that had been sold to them. She was very professional and we were able to set up a payment plan that was based on current financial circumstances. I was VERY scared to call them concerning said debt because of the reviews here but for me at least, it was relatively painless (minus having debt in the first place) and I feel relieved to know I won't have to really think about paying off my debt whereas before it was a constant stressor.
I know exactly how much I'll be paying and when, and they offer very flexible payment options (change your due date, check by phone, etc.) At least currently, I'm not feeling scammed by anyone other than the employee who gave 17 year old me a credit card all those years ago.
Aubrey is amazing. Thanks to her hard-work, we are able to settle matters and get things moving. Before she came along, it was tough moving along. Now everything runs smoothly and we can get cases finalized in a way that benefits both parties.
Staff does not provide correct information consistently, they do not follow through with information regarding your account to be mailed such as payment history, or agreements made. This is the first debt collection company I've ever dealt with and the absolute worst debt collection I've ever dealt. Prayers to anyone that has to deal with these people.
