With the proposed new servicing unit not fully operational in the Darga Road center, it is in a chaotic state. Your repair/servicing will get done but probably not in the best possible manner.

If you buy lubs for your car make sure they gives you not from barrel, they used ordinary synthetic lubs from barrel which is more cheaper but going to bill you very high rates. Better you buy your favourite brand's synthetic lubs and ask them to use it.

Excellent service. Service technicians as well as executives are really well behaved, friendly and well informed. They offer the best service in town. If you own a Maruti, ensure that you get it serviced here. They also have another workshop at Taratala and it is equally good.

Usually a good place to repair or service vehicle but last visit was disappointing, spares are never available

1st. Time visit. Welcome is good, only servicing done. But missed to inform the is ready. One thing is pretty good, that is the location of the service centre. Communication after depositing the car is easy.

Pretty awful experience. There is a man, slim one, who appears to be some head or something. He doesn't know how to behave and what to do. Had to wait and stand there more than an hour just because I requested him to send some technician to look after my car after 15 minutes of waiting. Would never suggest anyone to go there.

Nice Service. They are very cooperative. Service lead time is exceptional with quality job. Out of several Maruti Service Centers, I have visited for last 14 years, this one is the place where I settled.

Big workshop. Avoid weekend, even if with prior appointment. Cordial staff tries their best to satisfy customer. Initial registration / job cart creation process is painful and clumsy.

This is an authorized car service garage for Maruti Suzuki. It is location is convenient and has easy access. Internally it needs lot of improvements for customer friendly facilities and proper driveways.

Ok. Better than the other authorized Maruti service centers in town. They have better trained technicians than other places who can properly detect the faults. However body shop is not that great with painting job in particular.

Maruti Authorized big workshop, but they don't have plenty of sitting space for the owners. They also take a very long time to do the servicing. I came here twice for free servicing, but my problem is not fixed properly whatever I had told them at the first servicing. So not happy too much. Every time they only tried to pull money from your pocket by saying that this parts needs to be changed and etc. It might be good for somebody but not for me.

Some were between the ssrvice you will feel its very very expensive, not material bit service charge also.
I dont know how but maruti authorised service parts reseller sell consumeable at a cheaper price than you guys.
Seriously maruti should look into it .
I own two maruti cars but i could feel the hard pinch which you all give when i bring my car to you guys. Simple wheel allignmemt is double what mrf or ceat people charge.
I go to mrf now they charge 220 all inclusive, plus you get 4 months time reallign
Shame on you guys what you all charge.
I think i will send one mail also to maruti regarding this unreasonable charges you all take.
