Communication has been fluent, which I really appreciate and, though my machine was irreparable, MacServiceBcn gave to me a very good resolution. So, in general, the experience has been excellent.
Terrible service! I left my computer last wednesday for the screen repair. They admitted my macbook pro and said it will take 5 days to be repaired. And after 7 days, just after I sent them email about the status of my computer they replied to me ooh it s going to take 10 days for the whole screen to come . So, obviously they did not touch my computer during 1 week until I sent them email. That s unethical behavior and my work doesnt matter to them...
I took my computer and gave it to authorised apple service.

Too many lines at any Apple station & they ask you to make an appointment. The team at Mac Service does an excellent job & the owners make sure you are well taken care of with regards to your important technology needs.
The team is courtious & nice. They help you as much as they can. I have been a client for many years now & I only go to them for my Apple Tech needs because I know that they will attend to me.
