My friends and I bought a set of these tie downs for the buggy at the sand sport super show a couple of years ago. They are the best tie downs that I have used so far. I just bought a set of 8 1 inches wide tie downs and these are just as awesome. I had an issue with one of the bags stitching coming apart and call customer service about the bag and no questions asked they sent me out a new bag. My friends had a small order issue and they took care of that right away. A+ customer service and their product.
