Very polite staff, always makes you feel welcome and ready to help. The guy at the front desk in express is always helpful. Also Eric in service is just hands down awesome! He has helped me with the maintenance and service on my Jeep Wrangler.

Henry Hernandez was very helpful with the purchase of my Ram 1500 Limited truck. He listened to what I wanted to purchase and didn t deviate from my wants and needs. He s a very cordial gentleman and provided exceptional service. Henry took the time to show me all the features and did a follow up call with me while I was on my way back home to San Antonio. I commend him for what he did for me. Erik the financial officer got straight to the point and didn t try to oversell me on anything extra I didn t need or cared for. I was very happy with Mac Haik. My sales person was Roberto. He was awesome. When I told he what I was looking for he gave me several vehicles to look at and some of the vehicles were under the price I told him I was looking for. Roberto is a true salesman. He is not looking to make a sale he is looking to get you in the right vehicle that is best for you. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle go down to Mac Haik and ask for Roberto.
Bought a truck from these people last year and have had nothing but problems with it. Supposed to have paid for an extended warranty but when I called about issues was told that they have no record of the warranty. I've replaced a water pump, starter, battery, battery cable, thermostat and housing, temperature sensor, and ac compressor. Now the transmission is out. Someone finally finds my warranty info and tells me that it has expired. I have spoken to my salesman, his supervisor, and head of the finance department, but NO ONE will return my calls. Be careful dealing with these people

I asked for a manager to talk to about this situation because I saw workers waking around without a mask and even the service manager himself, John Lortz not wearing a mask (while talking to me, I was social distance myself).
He stated that he has asthma. I told him that if he is exempt from wearing a mask the doctors would determine that and otherwise, he should be wearing one too. He stated that the company is lax like anywhere else (restaurants), but I made him aware that should only be when they are eating and drinking. He apologized and stated he is not as strict as he should be and would hate to loose me as a customer, but basically said it s my choice and that the company will continue to be careless for their customers until something bad happens.

Worst ever attempt to buy a new truck from someone who likes to buy a new truck every 2-3 years. Bait and switch is too kind a term to use in describing my dealings with the various sales persons at Mac Haik dealership on the North Freeway. Buyer beware....
