Why is it these days that used car salesman have to lie to get you into the door. I had talked to the Sales Manager and told him my wife was coming to look at a vehicle. I asked if prices were negotiable, he replied yes its the end of the month we are willing to deal. What a lie. First off even with a warning the truck wouldn't start after setting on the lot for so long. Then he tells me another person making a deal with the same vehicle. He wanted my wife to sign a piece of paper saying she would be the truck today, He told me over the phone that the price was firm and the other person was interested. Pretty funny someone else is interested at the same time as we are and the batteries are dead from not being started. Basic used car salesman. Stay away. They will lie just to get you in the door. I would have given them no stars but it will not let me post this if I do.

He kept in good contact with me, made me feel like family. He made sure the car was in perfect conditions and that I was satisfied. Bottom Line: if you do your research on prices, car types, options, financing and know exactly what amount you want to finance/buy at...you will do well. They offer great prices on trades and car prices are decent. If you don't know what you want....don't go...you will fall into their car sales traps. They will want all your info, trade info, loan balances, drivers license (be sure to get back at every step) first....before ever looking at a car. Don't allow it...just tell em you wanna see car. Whole process took about 3-4 hrs....kinda ridiculous in these high tech times. Especially when negotiation took 15 min. Financing: strangely I walked out with NO paperwork...they said they would mail to me. Went back next day and got it...just an oddity. Again-bottom line is I got a great deal on car and trade-so I recommend. Just do your research! Brian (new guy) was GREAT!!
