Loved this place. My family and I came here at the last minute after our booking elsewhere was mismanaged and we were placed in a really bad room. Our apartment at M1 was incredibly spacious for the four of us, check-in was lovely and so simple, and thus place is so central. It was great to have our own laundry, the free WiFi and smart TV was well received by the kids, and the kitchen was a great layout to make cooking at home a breeze. This will most likely be our go-to accommodation on the Sunshine Coast moving forward.

After a very average start to our first family holiday, our long weekend was rescued by the lovely Katrina and the beautiful destination that is the M1. Massive apartment, great views, perfect location to beaches and restaurants. Will most certainly return as soon as we possibly can.

Fantastic accommodation. Apartment was clean, bright and spacious with amazing views. Managers were really helpful. Location was really convenient. Pool was beautiful too. We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

Stayed in unit 310, got to be the best in the building. The owners apparently spend quite a bit of time there and have set up the apartment to be very comfortable

Very comfortable stay. Other than filthy carpet and hair dryer. Kitchen can be more well equipped as some of the basic cooking ingredients like pepper, cooking oil, baking paper and cling wrap are missing.

Picked at random for a break on the Sunshine Coast. Modern, clean and quiet mid-week. Its located in a sweet spot in the midst of the plazas, beach, creek and Maroochy River so no need to drive if you're happy to roam around on foot. Lots of good eating options. Look for the entrance on Duporth Avenue but pull around the corner and park in the visitor bays in the carpark to register.

Amazing staff, great facilities and the room was beautiful. Also, within walking distance to shops and the beach! We loved it.
