I brought my wedding dress here for alterations and was quoted a price which somehow then trebled upon collecting the dress...When i refused to pay the extra i was then threatened by being told they would keep my dress and swap it for a cheap one to cover the cost or for them to undo the work done. It was resolved eventually with me paying nearly three times the original price and after being held hostage in the basement in my wedding dress whilst the owner argued with the tailor in front of me. Incredibly unproffesional and stressful experience. If i could leave less that 1 star i would!

Disaster stood for a long time at the checkout and tried to get help without success.

Can only say that the work that was done is reported to ARN! Several impartial tailors at other locations are consulted & all were appalled by how the work was done. The last thing she said was that I would get proof that it was badly done, without even wanting to look at the dress when I had it on me or put it on the counter.

Be with you to try out wedding dresses. The clerk was unprofessional, unpleasant and not present for most of the time when she was on the phone with a private matter. During my booked hour, I had to choose and try dresses myself without help.

I did not look where I just took a star. Because the work was very good and it went fast. I will return. Thanks

You can't go there with a rush job with the tailoring. Need to be there at least a month before.
