I received a very long (30+ page) tenancy lease with a 20 year tenure. The lease seemed very complicated and jargon filled with some clauses that were confusing for a person with very little contract / legal agreement experience to understand. Because of the length of the lease and the commitments it asked from us, I felt it was important to get a legal opinion. When I arrived at M&P legal for my appointment, the advocate met me on time with a full copy of the lease together with highlighted areas and a list of comments to explain and simplify the content and any areas of concern. It was clear that he had spent the time reviewing the document and was prepared for our meeting. It was very useful and I am very happy with the service I received. I definitely recommend their services.

I recently sought legal representation with regard to an unsympathetic large Douglas department store with regard to my claim for personal injury after a heavy parceled object landed on my head and shoulder. Although a more than frequent visitor to the I.O.M I could not get legal assistance across and I had to seek same in the I.O.M with an apathetic legal community towards my case. Nevertheless on approaching M&P Legal they took up the mantel and concluded a successful claim in the minimum of time in a professional and empathetic manner without any stress on my behalf hereby my reasons for a five star review.
