Can anyone tell me how to reach them? I have tried for a year. It just rings and rings and rings with no voicemail. I don t want to use waste management and never wanted to buy this company is impossible to reach. I don t understand cause every single neighbor I have uses them......if the number has changed someone please let me know.
Rude as can be. They didn't pick up 2 of 3 cans one week, gave me reasoning since some tile and drywall was in cans. Decided to change service after that. Now they won't answer my phone call to refund months I've already paid for.
We have been using M&M for 10 years. They were so reliable at our previous address that we continued service at our new address. We have never had any problems with them. If a situation arose, they worked it out with us. If we have missed payments, they worked it out with us. They have been more than accommodating and we appreciate them! We recommend M&M Disposal.
They are always polite and do their best to get all the trash set out even when it loose such as boxes or sorted pieces of garage bric-a-brac. Whenever I might see them, they wave and say hello. The few times I've needed to call and speak to customer service, my questions have been treated respectfully. By far, a great company focused on their customers complete satisfaction.
Can never get anyone to answer the phone then when they do they are very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Stopped picking up my trash with no prior notice. I still have service that's paid for I'm sure that's my loss. all because they don't want to drive on my road
Completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The young man yelled "whatever" and hung up the phone when he was questioned about incorrect billing. Trash cans are always thrown in the street. Billing is never consistent. Prices are much higher than any other waste removal service as well.
