My husband paid over 10k for legal services to this firm for his immigration case. The first lawyer assigned to him was incompetent. He called one day asking if my husband was going to court. Apparently, he had sent us the wrong date on our paperwork and if my husband had not been able to leave work right then and get to the courthouse, he could have been deported. We were then assigned another lawyer, I assume the first one was fired. This guy literally did nothing except wait for the paperwork to clear and show up at court one day. We learned later, from another lawyer, that the route they took with my husbands case wasn't even one of the top three best routes to take. After this whole disaster was over, my husband told them he wanted to pick up his paperwork. It was his own information and his own original paperwork to back up his case. They then charged him $100 for the copies they made, which we never wanted. Icing on the cake. Needless to say, SEE SOMEONE ELSE.

If I could give 0 I would. This atrorney Mella stole more then $9,000 from my parents. He promised them the world and then charged them a fortune to just tell them their case was dismissed. He didn t fight or move a finger to appeal anything. We called and called their office until all we received was a phone call saying he couldn t do anything. Worst place ever. Do NOT be fooled.

This office is the worst I do not recommend it to anyone the only thing that interests them is the money but they do not do anything to help you in your case they change you lawyer every time. A total disappointment the lawyer who touched me Lucas Oustin was lousy honestly does not know how to defend an immigration case and when one asks something he answers with arrogance I totally and without desecions mention that this buffet has had several demands that have been won (by swindler) there are many Hispanics who go there without knowing that they will only be scammed and not to mention the secretaries who are rude who tell you wait a moment and then they hang your phone and when you call again they do not answer fatal I would never recommend it

After 6 years I decided to go whit other lawyer because he never can get any thing for us not even a social security card
Plus he is too expensive I don't recommended

I do not have anything to talk about this lawyer apply for my work permit he told me less than a year it comes to you he told me and if it came to me less than a year it is a lot of money but it is worth first thank God and thank the lawyer

Excellent lawyer, I highly recommend them since I process my immigration case with them and thank God and lawyer I obtained my residence, they just have to have patience since the process is step by step and it is also depending on the case of each person, I hope that this information is useful to them.

Ami also stole $ 4500. And the only thing he did was lie and thanks to him I got a deportation order. I do not recommend it at all.
