Unreliable people when they come to pick up your old piano. They keep rescheduling different days but never come through. Then they want you to call the mover and make arrangements etc. But mover never answers. Would never sell to them.

People there, are very reliable and friendly in the music instrument store.....

I've Purchased 2 Pianos and sold my old one there ! In past years, more than 10 friends purchased their Pianos there.....

If you are one of the parents plan to upgrade/exchange the instruments for the kids...... No worry!! Just purchase there, they will buy back the old one, if you don't want to keep 2 Piano at home like me......

You know, before I went there, I compared 5
instrument stores in Toronto....... ......... The guy, Greg, and other teachers there are very professional and helpful! Any question, go and ask them, always get answer, even they don't have in their store!

Anyway, it is worth to go there before you pay for your or your kids' instruments....
