Absolutely stay away from this legal firm. Alice Carter in question is a fraudulent, dishonest, unprofessional in the industry. She conducts herself appalling. As they say every dog will have they day hers is coming soon ..!!!!!!!!!!

I m loosing my house due to the sudden loss of my partner,this company is suppose to be helping or hindering I don t really know but they know all about me and that I m going to loose my house I ring them- Emma Karen every second day they say they ll get
Amanda Sue or Michelle to ring back after their back from their 3rd tea Break before lunch and they never do 3 or 4 of the workers are asked to ring me back and not one of them do,I m loosing my house and they couldn t care less about my situation

Engaged Lynch Meyer's Alice Carter for a civil debt matter. Excellent, professional work. I'm a lawyer myself in Victoria. The firm was good too - they always answer the phone and the fees were reasonable. A bit of a bargain compared to Melbourne. Five stars is a big call but honestly I could not fault them.

I have now used Lynch Meyer & Yuliya twice for conveyancing. Both times have been extremely personable and professional. Always there to answer questions promptly and helped extensively with negotiations between broker and real estate agent. No fuss, easy to get along. Highly recommend.

They fail to check the most basic information, Do Not use, they cc"d our competitor in on a letter 100% irrelevant to any matter relating to the competitor ..........very sensitive information as well, appalling practice.

I recently engaged Lynch Meyer to deal with a tricky scenario whereby my builder had gone into liquidation & the liquidator (there have been 2 so far) was again attempting to obtain funds for a draw down payment (x4 dwellings). I have to say that I found Digby to be extremely helpful & empathetic to my situation. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction & the liquidator is no longer chasing me for funds. It feels like a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders, I could not have done this without their help. More importantly, this has closed the matter once & for all & I can finally get on with completing the builds

I engaged their services for a Form 1 review and Conveyancing. I was operating only via email as I am permanently based in Sydney but buying in Adelaide.

The solicitor, Nick, discovered critical issues with the Form 1 and not only saved me the time and cost of redoing it, he notably was the one in full contact with the vendor s agent and legal team the entire time.
